@SamRorie1 @OliverFranke10 @TheCriticalDri2 Now a lot of media that Fan Fiction is based upon turns a blind eye to it because a) it can keep fans interested in the work b) its simply not worth it to police the IP to that degree c) the streisand effect. But they are entitled to go after it if they wish

@CrusaderSaracen @RekietaLaw Long story short, Judge denied nicks motion to dismiss, the appeal is to ask the appeals court to take another look at dismissing the case, otherwise its gonna be about a year for discovery to complete. while (imo) case should be dismissed, Depos could be fun if it gets to that.

@RekietaLaw @dickmasterson As an autist, I know you can disagree with someone and/or their opinions and still like the person. FFS, I love a good “argument/heated debate”. Sadly other seem to think that just because you disagree that means you hate them.

@Hydro_Px @RekietaLaw @OnLocals What "broke" is that rackets cba to integrate YT members/locals into the system cause well there wasn't (not looked into it for a while) a "off the shelf" solution to provide such access and the bot he used for locals kinda sucked (couldn't figure out if you stopped paying)

I know @Glinner played a huge part in my cancellation however he has since given me a direct and sincere apology, if you watch the Roast you can see the full thing and I have since forgiven him.
