The Waters Edge || Columbia, TN As many of you are aware, on the same night the City of Columbia passed a 150% rate hike on their water customers (under the threat of a self-inflicted water crisis), the City Council approved an approximate 100-unit residential complex known as The Waters Edge. Based upon our investigation of documents obtained pursuant to a private citizen’s public records requests, we discovered The Waters Edge approval was the result of alleged procedural manipulations and violations of the Open Meetings Act (wherein a vote was reconsidered after meetings between City Officials and agents for the developer). Thereafter, we filed suit in the Chancery Court of Maury County for claims related to the alleged violations of the City’s statutory duties in the approval of The Waters Edge development. In recent days, we learned that, despite pending litigation, City leadership intended to bring The Waters Edge development before the Planning Commission tomorrow night for final approvals. Taylor Landing resident Joshua Moore began a letter campaign just over 24 hours ago to halt the final approvals from being considered at the Planning Commission Meeting tomorrow night. In just one day, more than 600 letters were sent. Also, @AshleyPosey22 and I worked with adjoining property owners, including Mr. Moore, to file a Temporary Restraining Order against the City to prevent a vote from taking place tomorrow night. ——— We have learned in the last hour that an agent for The Waters Edge development has made a request to the City to DEFER the vote on the final approvals scheduled for tomorrow night. As the deferral is subject to approval by the City Planning Commission, we will stay vigilant; but we are very pleased to report that the request for DEFERRAL has now been made to the City. Great work by all involved to keep the pressure on with these matters and to demand that there be full compliance with the law. These are the kinds of fights that are quietly shaping how our local elected officials will operate going forward. — DK ——— cc: @TNLandLiberty 🇺🇸

BREAKING: Marco Rubio just said the quiet part out loud. Americans work 40+ years… Pay taxes. Follow the rules. Build the country. Then retire on $800, $900, maybe $1,000 a month. Meanwhile, new arrivals can allegedly receive more support from the same system they never paid into. Read that again. The people who built America are being pushed to the back of the line. This is not compassion. This is a government priority problem. America First was never just a slogan. It was a warning. Who comes first? The taxpayer… or the system?

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement
ICE issued an immigration detainer with the Alachua County Jail asking them to contact ICE if they are going to release Gurpinder Singh on bond — that way ICE can assume custody of him while he awaits justice in this case. 🔎Singh is an Indian national arrested for allegedly trying to scam her out of nearly $500K worth of property. He entered the United States illegally at a currently unknown time and place.

He's actually doing something much worse... I'll explain... "Casting out" of demons is in-fact Scriptural and instructed by Jesus. However, Victor Marx repeatedly clarifies that he does not "cast out" demons... as that is a practice for those who are not in Christ. Instead he has made up an entirely new system of "demonic assignment" that is found nowhere in scripture... as a work-around to apply to people he needs to use for some purpose. In other words... since demons cannot reside inside those who are in Christ, he needed a way to conduct what is akin to a "Scientology audit" on fellow believers. He adds his own language to Scripture throughout his methodology, practices that seek personal secrets and fears of the subject being "prayed over". Likewise, the identification of an in-dwelt demon's name is found in Scripture. But the practice of interrogating that demon for personal secrets and fears of the subject... is not. It's peak deception. A perfect mixture of pagan occult ritual and Biblical truth... just enough to deceive the common believer in Christ. Enough to deceive @charliekirk11. Simply put, @victormarx's entire ministry is built on top of a foundation that seeks to spiritually compromise people (professing Christians) in high positions, influence, and in some cases... ultra-unique, highly-capable weapon systems. I have taken a jackhammer to that foundation, and will continue doing so until the house crumbles to the ground. 🫡🫡🫡 @RealCandaceO @ZachCostello_ @iamcoachcolin @DiligentDenizen @MazeLove14 @baroncoleman @MrsErikaKirk @ATPMinistries

Coldwater, Michigan - Casey Rice (46), a Branch County Road Commission employee, was mowing along I-69 last week when his tractor was hit by a semi. The interstate was shut down for 9 hours. Rice was airlifted to the hospital, but did not survive his injuries. Michigan State Police said drug use by the truck driver may have been a contributing factor, but have not yet said what, if any, criminal charges the still unidentified truck driver may face. The driver has not been arrested.

Iowa State Police responded to a truck in the ditch on I80. They found the passenger, who didn’t have a CDL, driving the truck while the CDL holder was asleep in the back. Then they found the CDL holder was suspended. Unauthorized passengers on a property CMV are illegal without documentation. One of the datasets we are working on is tying unauthorized passengers to the trafficking and smuggling of exploited people. This is also one of the main reasons many carriers adopted driver-facing cameras. We actually had prostitutes in some cases being transported or driving the truck while the driver slept, but appeared on the ELD record. This is a much larger issue than people realize. @FMCSA 392.60 ecfr.gov/current/title-…

I gotta know, has there always been this many big truck wrecks or is it just because I’ve been paying more attention in the last few years? There’s rarely a day I don’t hear of one in Maury Co. The local railroad bridge was hit 32 times last year, I can’t believe it’s still standing

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Agricultural and Environmental Attorney Dustin Kittle Joins Tennessee Land & Liberty COLUMBIA, Tenn. — Tennessee Land & Liberty has announced that agricultural and environmental attorney Dustin Kittle will join the organization as it expands its conservation, stewardship, and public-engagement efforts across Tennessee. Kittle, a rancher and longtime public-interest advocate, has spent nearly two decades practicing law in matters involving complex litigation, environmental harm, infrastructure disputes, governmental accountability, and public-interest advocacy. In recent years, he has become increasingly known for representing farmers, ranchers, rural landowners, and public-interest clients in matters affecting agricultural continuity, land use, water resources, and rural communities. The announcement follows the recent launch of Tennessee Land & Liberty, a nonprofit conservation and public-interest initiative focused on preserving rural landscapes, agricultural heritage, water resources, and community continuity through principled stewardship, responsible planning, transparency, and lawful governance. According to research highlighted by the University of Tennessee Institute of Agriculture, nearly 300 acres of farmland are lost each day across the state, placing Tennessee among the three states facing the greatest farmland-loss pressures in the nation as rapid growth increasingly reshapes rural communities. Kittle said his decision to become involved with the organization was driven by growing concern over farmland fragmentation, infrastructure strain, water-resource pressures, and the long-term challenges confronting rural communities throughout Tennessee. “Across the state, people are watching landscapes and communities that existed for generations change almost overnight,” Kittle said. “But I also believe people are increasingly recognizing that thoughtful stewardship and responsible growth can still coexist. I am optimistic about what this organization can accomplish because communities across Tennessee care deeply about preserving the land, water, and rural character that make this state unique, and I look forward to helping ensure that future generations inherit the same landscapes, water resources, and rural communities that have shaped Tennessee for generations.” Alongside his legal practice, Kittle operates his Snow Creek farm in Santa Fe, Tennessee, where he raises Clydesdale horses and registered cattle and sheep as part of a broader commitment to agricultural continuity, livestock preservation, and land stewardship. Teresa Sparks, a founding organizer of Tennessee Land & Liberty, said Kittle’s background gives the organization a perspective that is relatively uncommon within emerging conservation efforts. “Dustin brings not only a deep connection to agricultural communities, but also years of experience involving litigation, infrastructure disputes, and complex public-interest matters,” Sparks said. “That combination provides a practical understanding of how conservation issues, development pressures, property rights, and institutional decision-making intersect in the real world.” The organization noted that communities across Tennessee increasingly face mounting pressure from large-scale and infrastructure-intensive development, including rapid suburban expansion, industrial growth corridors, warehouse and logistics expansion, and utility-intensive projects such as data centers. Kittle emphasized that the organization’s focus is not opposition to growth itself, but encouraging thoughtful development that respects infrastructure limitations, water resources, agricultural continuity, and the long-term character of communities. “There is a growing recognition that once working farmland and rural landscapes are permanently fragmented, they are extraordinarily difficult to restore,” Kittle said. “The choices being made today will shape what remains for future generations, and Tennessee Land & Liberty intends to be a constructive voice in that conversation for years to come.” Additional conservation initiatives, partnerships, and statewide public-engagement efforts are expected to be announced in the coming weeks. — About @TNLandLiberty Tennessee Land & Liberty is a nonprofit conservation and public-interest organization dedicated to preserving rural landscapes, agricultural heritage, water resources, and community continuity through principled stewardship, transparency, responsible planning, and lawful governance.

Columbia, Tennessee || Monsanto Lake & Resort In 1967, Monsanto constructed Tailings Pond 15 in Columbia, Tennessee, impounded by what was reported at the time as the largest earthen dam located east of the Mississippi River. Generally speaking, the Tailings Pond, spanning hundreds of acres, was to receive and store the tailings and residual waste materials generated by Monsanto’s ongoing phosphorus operations. And it did, for decades, with tailings deposited through a slurry directly into Tailings Pond 15. ——— Now 60 years later, a vote is scheduled to take place on June 15, with the Maury County (TN) Commission deciding whether a developer can transform the grounds of that former Monsanto site into a Recreational Lake, Hotel, and Resort. According to the plans submitted, the proposed development will include approximately 1,300 homes, a 400-room hotel, commercial shops, a marina, and even a golf course. Tailings Pond 15, now labeled on maps as “Monsanto Lake”, would become the ‘centerpiece’ to the “Resort”. While that may sound hard to believe, it is true; with the images posted taken straight from the plans submitted by the developer for approval. Tennessee Land & Liberty was formed for times like these; to stand alongside communities when the pursuit of profit threatens the public interest. We will be there on June 15 in Columbia to help give a voice to the local community’s concerns. And we would greatly appreciate your help in amplifying the public attention on this matter. ——— 📣 Sound the Alarm • {Like / Reply / Share} @TNLandLiberty 🇺🇸
