If accurate, the deal being negotiated right now is very favorable to Iran.
US unfreezing funds and exempting Iran from oil sanctions while negotiations proceed; recognizing Iran's right to enrich at low levels.
The sticking points remain phasing (US wants a deal immediately, Iran wants one in phases), and the 400kgs of 60% uranium.

آمریکاییها پس از دریافت نظراتِ ایران، پیشنهاد کردهاند که «پایانِ جنگ در تمامیِ جبههها»، «رفع محاصره تنگه هرمز توسط آمریکا»، «بازشدن تنگه هرمز توسط ایران با تعرفه و مسیر دریایی مدنظر ایران»، «آزادسازی ۲۵٪ از اموال بلوکه شده ایران _حدود ۲۵ میلیارد دلار»، «معافیتِ فروشِ نفت ایران به مدت ۳۰روز» و فازِ اصلیِ مذاکره یعنی «خروجِ ۴۰۰ کیلو اورانیوم از ایران _در بهترین حالت ارسال به کشور ثالث_» و «قبولِ حقِ غنیسازی ۳.۶۷ ٪ برای ایران (بعید است در فاز نهایی آمریکا آن را بپذیرد)» و «تعطیلی مراکز هستهای _منهای راکتورِ تهران صرفا با کاربرد پزشکی) به طور یکجا توسط ایران امضا شود! ایران میگوید تمام فازهای پیشنهادی آمریکا برای راستیآزمایی به مدت ۳۰ روز انجام شود تا هم ایران نفت خود را بفروشد و هممُجاب شود در بحث هستهای مذاکره را انجام دهد! پینوشت: ۱. اختلاف جدی بَر سَرِ مباحث هستهای است؛ «۴۰۰ کیلو اورانیوم» خط قرمزِ دیکتهای اسرائیل برای آمریکاست! ایران ۴۰۰کیلو اورانیوم را نمیدهد، غنیسازی را هم حتما میخواهد و ۲۰ سال آن را تعلیق نمیکند. ایران با ارسال ۴۰۰ کیلو اورانیوم به کشور ثالث _چین و روسیه_ موافقت نکرده، آمریکا هم همینطور و خودش آن را میخواهد. نقطهی جدی شکستِ توافق اینجاست. ایران مذاکره بر سر «پروندهی هستهای» را جُدای از «پرونده بازگشایی تنگه هرمز» و «اتمامِ جنگ» میداند! ۲. ایران و آمریکا سر فاز بندی توافق اختلاف دارند؛ ایران یکجا توافق نمیکند و آمریکا دنبالِ توافق یکجاست! ۳. آمریکا متعهد به متون و محورهای ارسالی نیست؛ محورهای ذکر شده با اینکه فاصله جدی با شروط ایران دارد ولی همینها هم توسط آمریکا به مرحله اجرا در نمیآید! ۴. آمریکا تحریمی را لغو نمیکند؛ شاید تعلیقِ مدتدار در بهترین حالت، قسمتِ ایران در توافق شود. ۵. بر فرض توافق با آمریکا، هیچ تضمینی برای جلوگیری از ترور سطح بالا توسط اسرائیل نیست!

I'm proud of how we came up with Hank Scorpio because he's actually the result of a few conceptual ideas that worked together perfectlly (when being voiced by @AlbertBrooks, of course):

HUGE jump in US PPI inflation:
Powered by an eye-popping 1.4% rise in April, nearly triple the 0.5% consensus, the annual rate has hit 6% (crushing the 4.8% consensus forecast).
Core PPI followed suit, surging 1% (vs. 0.3% expected), bringing annual core inflation to 5.2% (consensus was 4.3%).
While the mapping isn't 1:1, these numbers strongly suggest that higher consumer inflation is still coming through the pipeline.

Overheard a conversation at the next table in a restaurant today that went something like this:
Dude 1: “You know, I plugged in my date and time of birth in Claude and it created a horoscope for me!”
Dude 2: “Do you think it could tell me what my future wife’s horoscope would look like?”
Dude 1: “I’m sure it can, I looked up my current wife’s horoscope and asked for her personality traits and there was an uncanny match!”
It’s fascinating to watch how the latest piece of technology is used to newly resurrect the most ancient pieces of pseudoscience, the cognitive dissonance seemingly completely lost on the practitioners of this art.

@_Jason_Dean_ @MattZeitlin How many clinical trials has Dario been involved with? Has he enrolled patients? Has he carried a drug to market? Being an expert in one area does not make one an expert in all areas.
