@VerizonSupport I have. How many times does a customer need to reach out for resolution? Why can’t it be rectified the first time?

3 months since I returned @verizonfios equipment and to an authorized @verizon store. Since then, threats and being charged for it. Multiple attempts with #customerservice to rectify your error. 1 month ago, assured that the credit would be made. But it wasn’t.

@verizonfios the router died and you were great getting me a replacement from a local store exchanging the old for new. Since then, multiple calls to #customerservice when threatened to charge me for the old one. Today you charged me. What now?

@AppleSupport It’s ridiculous to get this #error with nearly every selected email. How can this be fixed? Restarting my #iphone to read each #email defeats the purpose of having smart phone.

@Citi - #fraudalert on #univeralcard while traveling. #customerservice required 2nd number to text code. Who has 2 cell numbers? Result: Card unable to be used while traveling. Must wait for #usps letter with code. Awesome.

@LinkedInHelp I went through those steps several times before. The recovery email address that is now on the account is the hacker’s address. How is it that I can get an email from a member to resolve?

@JustinShaulis Sorry to hear this! You can report this directly to our Safety team by following the steps here: lnkd.in/eQH_M8ce under "My own account was hacked." Once you've done this, a member will reach out by email within 3-5 business days. Hoping this helps! -JZ

@LinkedInHelp My account was hacked. I used all options which result in the reset link being sent to email addresses that the hackers added to the account. Help.

@GE_Appliances Why did you cancel my service call for a broken refrigerator ready and waiting for install of delivered replacement part with no notice or reason?

@BestBuy FAIL. Bought 1st refrigerator. BROKEN. Replacement Refrigerator. BROKEN. 60 day policy is backdated before receiving 2nd Refrigerator. HELP.

@HaierAppliances I had my #QHE16HYPFS refrigerator delivered successfully today from @BestBuy. It looks beautiful but it won’t stop beeping and your user manual doesn’t include any directions to make it stop. Yes I unplugged it and plugged it back in twice. Help.
