For the Record, Candace and the rest of the millions would want Tyler Robinson to have the book thrown at him if it’s proven he did it or was a part of it. The problem is, it hasn’t been proven . The people behind this are extremely vulnerable. They know it too. Have the theories but use common sense with it! Not everything is a conspiracy theory. It’s said, if everything is a conspiracy theory then there is no conspiracy theory. To have conspiracy there actually has to have factual evidence. So far I see no evidence to that in Tyler’s case! I was in the courtroom today. There is no high-quality, zoomed-in footage showing anyone taking a shot. The video shown is the same distance as the footage of “Tyler” jumping off the roof shown in this screen shot.  I have no idea why people are claiming otherwise. They know the video isn’t going to be released publicly, so they’re misrepresenting what was actually shown in court.

Candy you’re not very educated in this area are you? Before speaking, maybe do some research. The defense team can cross examine and bring witnesses in, which they did a cross on a witness on the last day. The reason for the preliminary trial is to see if both side can prove if there is enough evidence to have a trial or to prove there is not enough evidence. It’s like a mini trial where the prosecution presents basic evidence and witnesses. The defense can cross-examine witnesses and challenge the strength of the state's case. Which on Tyler’s preliminary hearing the defense was very weak!

The FBI had withheld the majority of those source files from the defense. I’m sure you’re aware. I don’t want to argue with you. So let me ask you. Why are you so adverse to witnesses from both sides to testify with cross. If Tyler Robinson did it, he should be subject to the death penalty. Read what I’m telling you. IF THIS GUY PULLED TGE TRIGGER AND KILLED A GREAT MAN, he should pay the ultimate price. But that needs to be proven. That is why we are free in this country. Innocent to proven guilty. But so many of you don’t want due process. He should get that don’t you think ? Why is everyone afraid for a full and proper, honest trial. All of this he did it, kill him, is one of the reasons why people are suspicious. This lacks serious evidence. There is a ton of investigation that needs to be done and or, we need to see what the defense has or obtains. That’s NOT what this week was.
