Honble @nsitharaman ji @FinMinIndia Income tax payer facing Hardship All data of Filling ITR is Ready but still utility not realsed by @IncomeTaxIndia even after 32 passed over and above starting of Tax Year. Taxpayer have limited time of just 90 days to file ITR & Due to department inefficiency only 57 Days remained with Taxpayer. How someone can complete 90 days work in 57 days ??? Kindly intervene in this matter and ask department to release utility without any further delay. so that honest taxpayer give you tax ontime for distribution of Freebies. Thank You.

Mumbai Municipal Corporation Birth Certificate MAHAGHOTALA 87,149 Birth Certificates be CANCELLED These Birth Certificates issued by BMC illegally under closed/shutdown SAP (old system of birth registration of BMC). BMC joined CSR Portal from 1/1/2016 Health Officials Fraudulently registered, re-registered these birth registration again in Old SAP system 30,507 re-registered in 2024 48,705 during 2025 & 7,135 Certificates in the year 2026 Yesterday One More Health Officer Dr Shailendra Gujar is Suspended. Till now 6 Officials have been Suspended. Banks are increasingly asking CAs to certify end-use of loans in advance... essentially asking us to confirm how funds will be used in the future. यह कोई FACTS नहीं है कि CA certify कर दे कि पैसा आगे कैसे उपयोग होगा। As a CA, मैं केवल existing records के आधार पर verification कर सकता हूं, न कि भविष्य के future utilisation की गारंटी... As per professional principles, certification should be based on facts and records, not on intentions or future conduct of the borrower. If banks need borrower declarations, they should clearly obtain them as borrower undertakings, not shift responsibility onto professionals through loosely worded certificates. Utterly shocking from GST Portal.Please read the full post! Cross-utilisation functionality allowing SGST against IGST before full utilisation of CGST has been disabled from the current month. It was available for February only - No communication regarding the same!! More shocking: the 30 Jan advisory on portal appears to have been SILENTLY MODIFIED. Earlier it had 4 points; now it shows only 3 points. The cross-utilisation point has vanished [Check Pics] Link to Current (Silently modified) advisory on portal dated 30th Jan tutorial.gst.gov.in/downloads/news… I had already pointed out on day one that this was not as per law, because the proviso to Section 49(5)(c) still carried the restriction. But the real issue is this: Portal first said it would apply from Jan 3B, then from Feb 3B, and now the advisory is being quietly altered without any clarification on what happens to taxpayers who followed it in February. This affects 1.4 crore taxpayers and lakhs of professionals. Is there no accountability? Can such huge backdated changes in advisory be made this casually? Do they think deleting a point from the portal advisory will erase the earlier copies already floating across the internet and in our systems? This mess needs responsibility, not silence. A formal press release clarifying the full position must be issued immediately @Infosys_GSTN @cbic_india @FinMinIndia Such actions reflect a mindset that -we helpless taxpayers and professionals has no option other than to follow whatever random directions issued 🙏
