In 1994, Zaire, Congo of today, opened the borders and gave heaven to Ex-FAR which later become FDLR. The civilian refugees were held hostages by Congo until RPF said enough is enough and brought them back home via an operation. Over 3 millions refugees were brought back in Rwanda by RPA.
From 1994 up to now Congo protects FDLR, yet this so called politicians is here lying in a broad day light.

Let us not pretend that MPs are too busy doing "serious work." Most of them only show up to sign attendance and draw allowances. Meanwhile, councillors are the ones solving real community problems daily. The real work happens on the ground and not in air-conditioned chambers.
