@Bose why would you remove the microphone from the Soundlink Micro (Gen 2)? I planned on using it as a portable speakerphone like many people used Gen 1 for. It just seems counter productive to give the new generation less features than the previous generation. Returning it!

@Chase the new benefits announced for the CSR are horrendous. It went from a great simple travel card to a convoluted mess. Removing the 3/$ Travel earnings was terrible. We didn’t need all the statements credit junk. Eliminate the junk and lower the fee. Will be downgrading!

@vmsmobifone I just moved my eSIM to my new iPhone 16 Pro Max and now get this error. Everything worked on my old iPhone 14 Pro Max. Please help.

@Apple you have some durability issues with the Ultra 2. So far I’ve had one replaced for micro scratches and a 2nd now developed micro scratches in the glass. Both within 2-3 weeks of having the watch. Had my Series 5 Stainless for 5 years with zero issues.

@UPS you are extortionists. Insured packages over $1000 are not covered if dropped off at UPS Stores. Only Customer centers or pickup (for a fee). Well now that you permanently closed all customers only option is pay an additional fee on top of shipping.

@GoPro please add the “Spirit Level” feature in the Labs firmware into production firmware for the hero 11 and 12.

@Apple I am livid with you customer service supervisor John. I was having trouble placing an order though the website using Account Balance and Gift cards. Escalated twice and he told me basically nothing he could do. I’m out the money.

@Clear whoever came up with and decided upgrading biometrics in an active security line should be fired. It’s absolutely slows up the line. Why not utilize the unused scanners right outside the line.

@IHGCorporate @IHGOneRewards you have a crooked hotel. They cancelled my reservation and charged me a cancellation fee with out my authorization to cancel. Your customer support says they can do nothing. I have an open case.

@GoPro your shipping charges is ridiculous. $15 for an $8 item that could fit in a standard envelope. I’ll only order when I have enough for free shipping. Other wise I order from Amazon or BH.

@GoPro @BunkerPm Yes GPS stickers may have low utilization. But, you forgot about geotagging. Many of us use the gps for that.

@BunkerPm We found that a surprisingly low amount of GoPro users were applying GPS stickers to content + in our quest to achieve the best battery runtimes possible, we eliminated it from HERO12 Black.

@johnkrausphotos @considercosmos @johnkrausphotos do you use some sort of remote trigger? I shoot demolition photography and have the wired shutter release that I lock and let it take photos continually for an hour or so.

Post-Starship launch camera carnage: SpaceX retrieved and has begun disseminating the camera equipment of media photographers positioned inside the orbital launchpad at Starbase prior to last month's Starship flight. Thanks to Ryan of @considercosmos for picking up my gear yesterday and sending these photos. Placed just over 700 feet from the most powerful rocket launch in history, these two @NikonUSA D7500 cameras, lenses, and two @MiopsTrigger sustained significant damage and are just barely recognizable. That said, they were identifiable as mine and I’m thankful to the SpaceX team for their coordination efforts to begin returning everyone’s gear. Despite the damage, they do look kind of cool! A nice office display awaits. Regrettably, the memory cards from both of my cameras were either destroyed or lost completely. With that, no images of mine captured from this location exist. Although the plume generated at ignition probably obscured the cameras' views immediately, even a single shot of ignition with Starship on the pad would have provided an epic image and served as a long-lasting documentation of such an awesome and exciting launch. I hope that with the random luck of the draw we soon see images from some memory cards that might have survived. That's sometimes how this kind of photography work plays out. It only makes things sweeter when they do pan out! It stings, but nothing I can do about it now. Luckily these weren’t my only remote cameras, and I also shot the launch from a few miles away. This was a risk we all took willingly and excitedly in hopes to tell the story in the unique ways we are fortunate to be offered. After seeing how my outside-the-pad cameras fared a few weeks ago, I immediately began replacing everything, expecting this stuff to be totaled, which it was. Fortunately that means my entire remote camera kit is already back to what it was before this launch! I’m grateful for SpaceX's efforts in locating and beginning to return our equipment and for Ryan/@considercosmos's help in grabbing my cameras and providing these photos of them. Onto the next one!

@YETICoolers I used the Half Gallon jug to take frozen hot dogs from Chicago to Vietnam. 30+hrs and minimal melting of ice.

@YETICoolers I wish you made a Bottle sling for the 46oz Bottle. It would also be nice if you made insulated food containers for things like soup. Could be done with different lids for bottles and jugs.

The bottom bar of @googlemaps always had an option for “Saved” which housed all my saved places. Within the last week that option randomly disappeared and was replaced with “Business”. I want my “Saved” option back. My iPad still shows “saved” but not my iPhone.
