@EuropeanWax Update - it’s now at least 2-3 weeks with the technical difficulties. The other EWCs in DC are up and running. Why is the Dupont Circle location such a challenge? It’s not like there isn’t competition in the area. Please update the ETA to fix? @EuropeanWax #CustomerService

@tvaske Workaround is go to settings> cellular>cellular data options and select data only. That will make your calls thru 3G network

@VZWSupport I have had no cell svc since 2/4! When will it be fixed in zip code 20009?! What if I needed to call 911?!
