We are putting you on notice: @USCIS @AAGDhillon Please investigate them for fraud on visas... showing as a US company, Indian CEO, hiring foreigners on temporary visas, then getting continuations or changes of service and funneling workers around until they can get permanent status. It is a racket. BUT if you believe you are doing nothing wrong, then we ask these workers to be subjected to testing to prove their highly skilled nature, as well as IQ tests to prove they should have been hired over qualified US candidates.
