@madams95 It may not be a bad a trade off. Puerto Rico will give the dems 2 senators, and Cuba would give the Republicans 2 senators. However, I think most Americans would be ok with Cuba as a State, but not so much Puerto Rico due to the systemic and repeated abuses of our funding.
