One year ago, President Trump signed the Alien Enemies Act that authorized the immediate removal of Venezuelans here illegally who are tied to Tren de Aragua. That same day, the ACLU and DC District Court Chief Judge Jeb Boasberg immediately halted the AEA in what would quickly becoming a nationwide effort by federal judges and immigration activists to stop the administration from executing the AEA. The Supreme Court also intervened, claiming some measure of “due process” was afforded to the illegal gang bangers. SCOTUS kicked the matter to the 5th circuit, which held an en banc hearing two months ago with no decision yet announced. Final resolution as to the president’s authority to enact the AEA may end up taking 18 - 24 months. How many of these heinous crimes are a direct result of likely unlawful obstruction by the courts? There’s no public evidence yet that these animals are TdA but there’s a very strong likelihood they are. Regardless, they should not be on the streets.

Blue states refuse to share voter-registration data with federal officials. So we don’t know exactly how many noncitizens are registered to vote in the U.S. The SAVE America Act would stop noncitizen voting, which—while already illegal—is currently almost impossible to detect.
