If you are citing polls, present the data—sample size, sources, and methodology.
You are lowering the standards of CNN which is highly regarded as wider media that cuts across the borders of USA.
You have a responsibility to report accurately on the continent. Assertions without evidence risk spreading malicious narratives that do not reflect realities on the ground.
