@NUFC If Joe Willock is fit & injury free he’s well worth keeping 👍🏻 Had an awful period due to injury, I really hope we keep him, and no chance of sell for 5/10m - whoever does gets an absolute bargain.

@ljbotch @Magpie24_7 He hardly played mate, I don’t have a real problem with it to be honest, but he does have quite a large point to prove next season, the first couple of games for him & NUFC could define the whole season, get off to a good start & I think we have a good season, bad start & turmoil

I’ve had a change of heart. We shouldn’t sell Joelinton. His presence just feels massive in terms of character and leadership given who we’ve lost/will lose. A fully fit, one game a week Joey is still useful.

@thetruestorey Young players can’t excel if not given a proper chance, ie Anderson. Give the kid a proper run of games, give him the confidence & reassurance that one bad game doesn’t mean he’s dropped. He’ll get 20 goals next season if handled correctly. 20 goals cost a lot of money.

Seeing a report this morning that Osula is set to potentially be a big part player for us next season and people are losing their shit. Why exactly? Goals per min last season, very good. Offers something different and similar style to Isak. I don't get the disrespect. #NUFC

#NUFC The weird thing is Joe Willock had a decent season, is still only 26, yet we haven’t received a single serious offer for him 🧐 I still think he’s a good player for a mid tier club. He could thrive in the Bundesliga or Ligue 1 and rebuild his career.

@WestHamPlace It’s basically going exactly how the rule makers want it to go, exactly how the rules are designed to work, we are not allowed to compete, and will never really compete on the highest level with these rules in place. It’s not Eddie Howe’s fault, it’s not Bruno’s fault, or owners.

@EBfromthe13 It’s great business, unfortunately football is now so controlled my financial elements, even fans take it into consideration. If we get this Manzabi fella, with Bruno, Miley, Ramsey, Joelinton, I think we have a better looking midfield than with Tonali. As we must trust Miley.

I’ve gotta be honest and I might have what some would call a hot take , I don’t find tonali movinh to a new club be all that moving 🤷‍♂️ yes at times he’s been one of our best players and there’s no denying that he’s been one our better midfielders of all time but I’m honestly just not that bothered by his departure. I obviously wish him well unlike a certain Swedish rat but I just don’t feel so emotional about it . Maybe it’s the massive fee , maybe it’s the fact he’s jumped ship after one bad season (granted it’s been a shocker) or maybe it’s the fact he was given all this time and support through his ban just for him to push for a move elsewhere as soon as he possibly could . Surely I’m not the only one ? #NUFC

@405Automation I hope we get them both! We don’t have an out & out CDM player, something we’ve missed for years, the space the opposition get in the gap between midfield & defenders has been a big issue. Manzambi looks an absolute baller, most likely Joelinton replacement longer term.

Understand Newcastle have had no contact over their captain & they’re aware of the importance of keeping him & how it would look if he left. That doesn’t mean there’s no interest him (I’d be surprised if there wasn’t) but that’s where we are from #NUFC perspective.
