Hey @Time_Warp, using @Festicket selling tickets was not really the best idea. For days i receive mail, i shall activate my tickets now and reminders to not forget it. And that bloody thing does not work. @FesticketHelp is no help at all.

Has anyone else managed to get a refund for the @IsleOfWightFest from @Festicket @FesticketHelp yet? Wish I’d read the reviews on these guys before I handed over the money. 😩😩😩

@FesticketHelp I appreciate that but I’m guessing you were in a similar situation 14 days ago when you gave me a guarantee it would be refunded within 14 days.

@anandchokkavelu @alexcarey_ Fair points. I’ve always found their struggles in Australia interesting however. I feel like Europe is slowly moving towards specialty coffee with so many new independent coffee shops. The United States don’t seem to have the same coffee snobbery so I can see your point

@alexcarey_ @KevinKindlon There's also a comfort level with knowing what you're gonna get from the product and experience. Plus convenience. I know that sounds like the opposite of craft coffee but it's a beautiful place to sit...where it still feels a little premium but accessible.
