Never fly @FlySWISS SWISSAIR from Abu Dhabi #AbuDhabi to United States - terrible experience 😟. One buys the ticket from them and they have the audacity to tell clients we dont have baggage arrangements for a straight baggage checked in! Terrible worst customer service ever

@FlySWISS Ive responded back Ive a case open for ages for someone to get back. Remember i lost $1000 on a ticket which allows 2 checkin bags and i was asked to travel with none cos of no arrangements and @UnitedAirlines and your call center said dont checkin a bag. Leave it! 😯
