@SkyHelpTeam Hi, this no satellite signal has returned since Saturday. Nothing I have tried has worked. We have an engineer booked for Tuesday, however how do I let you know I have had no service for 10 days?

@SkyHelpTeam Hi this is all sorted now. However I still have an engineer booked. As it seems to be a random fault, should I keep the engineer visit or cancel it? I don’t want to cancel, it happen again and have another 4 week wait for a visit if the problem stays?

@Kib_RGA Hi Simon, I am sorry you're still having issues. As an engineer visit is needed to resolve the issues, it's not something we can fix otherwise. You will still have access to Sky viewing through the Sky Go app in the meantime. ^BM

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky, my issues has returned. I have not done anything different to my set up, the dish is still in the same place and secure. We have no signal at all, even to none sky channels. No engineer till end of the month. Is there anything else I can try? Followed all online steps

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks, we have also had no satellite signal since 11ish today. Have tried a full reset, checked cables. Don’t even get any “free” channels such as c4. Anything else I can do before I book an engineer. That page says the earliest app is 20th April. Is that right?
