@ats_euromaster How is it I’ve had an advisory on breaks, rusting and worn, on a product you fitted less than 2 months ago?!

@ats_euromaster I took my car into ATS Tamworth on 24.1.24 and had my back breaks and discs changed. Friday I took it for its MOT, and told as an advisory, that the rear disks are worn and need replacing, and are rusted. How is this possible after less than a month on the vehicle????

@AmazonHelp 5 attempts and told something different by every I spoke with. I told one guy I spoke with to pass it to a manager. So he either didn’t do it, or no one can be bothered. Utter shambolic standards of customer service. You never used to be this bad
