@KimboTheJingo @ericmass_ @CoryBOnChain Wtf are you talking about. Sincerely, I didn't say the latter. And wrong about $10k a year? For an older guy with established driving history? Lol okay. This isn't some 18 year old. You know what, like I said before..... Because how are you still employed, yikes.

@KingTurnerIII @ericmass_ @CoryBOnChain $200 a month for a ‘95 Honda Civic with state minimum liability limits and PLPD? 😂
English

@ericmass_ @KimboTheJingo @CoryBOnChain Lol it's not that much, also big Gretch passed a new law like 5-6 years ago. You can make your health insurance primary on PIP and that puts auto second which drops the premium by a lot. Ain't no damn $10k lol. At my peak I was paying $200 a month for
English

@KingTurnerIII @ericmass_ @CoryBOnChain You are 100% wrong that people wouldn’t be paying $10,000 a year for auto insurance.
Also, you’re wrong about excess medical being new as of 5-6 years ago. That discount has existed for decades. Being able to opt out of PIP entirely is new as of 2020.
English

@KimboTheJingo @ericmass_ @CoryBOnChain Funny how you go from I was wrong to it's only a small savings.

@KingTurnerIII @ericmass_ @CoryBOnChain And excess medical (health insurance primary for PIP) saves you a small amount lol
English

@KingTurnerIII @ericmass_ @CoryBOnChain I’ve been selling insurance in Michigan for 11 years and can assure you that you’re wrong. 70% of your insurance rate is determined by your credit & debt and there are a lot of people with triple nickels. There is a reason 40% of Detroit is driving uninsured.
English

@ericmass_ @CoryBOnChain Highest insurance rates in the country. Might pay $10k a year to insure a brand new car that you can’t afford on your own.

@bryan_johnson Where does 5 minutes of sex fall in the spectrum between 10 squats and a 30 minute walk?
English

10 squats beats a 30 min walk.
For blood sugar control after a meal, doing 10 squats every 45 minutes outperforms a dedicated 30 min walk by 14%.
The mechanism: your quadriceps and glutes are the largest glucose sponge in your body. Activating them repeatedly clears more glucose than one sustained effort.
The 30 min walk isn't wrong, it's just not as effective.

English

@DMasonLehman @bryan_johnson Every 45 minutes continuously until you die at age 103
English

@bryan_johnson That’s wild!
10 squats every 45 minutes for how many sets though?

Petoskey, a small Northern Michigan town with fewer than 6,000 year-round residents, has joined the ranks of Nantucket, Mass. and Napa, Calif. as a luxury housing market where more than half of new home listings are priced at $1 million or above.
Realtor.com identified 13 “pure luxury” U.S. housing markets where more than half of all active listings are priced at $1 million or above. The report, released April 8 and based on March 2026 data, put Petoskey in 11th place, with 53% of its active listings priced above $1 million.
Petoskey’s median list price in March was $1.11 million, according to the report. Data showed the northwestern Lower Peninsula city has an average of about 104 million-dollar-and-up listings per year.

Brilliant move by Iran—and Nick Szabo's reply cuts straight through.
The numbers are staggering. 130 ships daily pre-crisis, $1 per barrel, up to $2M per tanker. That's 3,611 BTC daily, 108,333 monthly, 1.3 million yearly. The entire Bitcoin network mines only 450 BTC per day. Iran would accumulate 8x the monthly mining supply. Every month .
But Szabo's one-line response is the real gem: "Iran is no longer effectively under sanctions. Do try to keep up with events."
He's right. This isn't just about evasion anymore. It's about building a parallel financial system that works despite the old one. Iran has been mining Bitcoin since 2019, converting cheap energy into a cross-border asset. The IRGC alone accounted for over $3 billion in crypto activity in 2025 . They've been stockpiling USDT, reportedly accumulating at least $507 million . The infrastructure was already there. The toll booth just makes it official.
Now ask the bigger question: What is the true intent of Bitcoin's creation?
Satoshi built it as a censorship-resistant weapon . A way to move value without permission, without banks, without the dollar system's veto power. For 15 years, that was theoretical. Iran just made it operational. A sanctioned nation now has a structural incentive to maintain Bitcoin's liquidity and censorship resistance . The more effectively Bitcoin works as a payment rail, the more effectively Iran's toll system works.
This is the long-term impact. Bitcoin was never supposed to be "digital gold" for Western portfolios. It was supposed to be money for the excluded, the sanctioned, the people the system leaves behind. Iran is proving that use case at scale. Whether you like the regime or not, the mechanics are undeniable.

🇮🇷 Iran is charging $2M per ship to cross the Strait of Hormuz and they want it in Bitcoin. 😳 At $72,000 per $BTC, each ship = 27.7 BTC. Pre-crisis, 130 ships crossed daily. • Daily: 3,611 BTC • Monthly: 108,333 BTC • Yearly: 1.3 million BTC The entire Bitcoin network only mines 450 BTC per day. Iran would accumulate 8x the monthly mining supply. Every month. A sanctioned nation building a Bitcoin treasury through a toll booth. This is the most important geopolitical Bitcoin story nobody is talking about. 🔥

This is absolutely insane
- This American borrowed $96,000 in student loans for a bachelors degree
- She’s already paid back $165,356
- She still owes $220,810.73
Again, she only borrowed $96,000
“I have paid almost double what I even borrowed in the first place, and I owe so much money. I am running backwards at this point”
How is this legal? This is such a scam. This is why students can’t pay off their loans, the terms are beyond predatory

There is no healthcare funding mechanism that’s more focused on the prevention of chronic disease:
$300 per year for a preventive visit (you can use for DPC)
VO2 max (the strongest predictor of longevity) eligible for funding in Q1
Gut microbiome testing eligible in Q2
Coronary Artery calcium test in Q3
Fasting insulin,HsCRP, and DEXA in Q4
People, on average, have 2.5 chronic conditions entering Medicare.
40% of the population is obese
50% of the population has diabetes or is pre diabetic
88% of the population are metabolically unhealthy
We must change the game.

@nikol84312508 @AyusWellness Take a deep breath. There are bigger fish to fry.
English

@AyusWellness Dear Lord. Just get over it!
Our ancestors never counted steps or squats or went to the gym! I’m so over these insipid trendy things “to do”
I hate it all!
English

Ten squats every 45 minutes = 10,000 steps.
A study from the University of Texas found that doing just 10 squats every hour can actually control blood sugar better than going for a full 30-minute walk.
When you sit all day, your blood sugar spikes, your circulation slows, and your biggest muscles - your legs and glutes - basically switch off.
But 10 squats wakes everything up instantly.
Your leg muscles pull glucose out of your bloodstream, your circulation improves, and your metabolism switches back on.
That’s why these micro-bursts of movement deliver such powerful benefits.
In fact, research shows that ten squats every 45 minutes can give you similar cardiometabolic benefits to hitting 10,000 steps per day.
This strengthens your heart, keeps your joints moving, and prevents the dangerous blood sugar spikes that lead to insulin resistance.
So even if you don’t have time for long walks or full workouts, stand up…
Do 10 squats every 45 minutes and watch what happens to your energy, strength, and metabolic health.

@lenac2009 @Namawto4 @WallStreetApes The irony that you asked Grok and him and his buddies are the primary reason for the data centers 😂
English

The centers house all the data from technology use. Servers, the cloud, telecommunication, etc. Until now most companies have had their own servers. I believe this will make all of it redundant. I Grok'd it. I learned a lot. Everytime you send an email or a tweet on X it goes through a data center. It provided fast speeds that everyone cries for. We ourselves are to blame for much of it, because we demand it.
English

There’s got to be a better way.
The ins rep doesn’t want to be doing that job. You don’t want to be hassled about choosing to live. Majority of shareholders don’t want this claim challenged. There are a couple middlemen who make bank off of screwing people. There must be a way to align incentives.

My insurance is trying to determine if they're going to cover Littlest Mans NICU stay and called with questions.
Ins: Why did you pick X hospital for your child?
Me: I didn't, I was told after I came out of surgery at Y hospital that they were transferring him to X because it was the closest NICU and he was not breathing on his own reliably. They'd already started the process without me.
Ins: Okay and why did you pick Y hospital initially?
Me: Well I was actively bleeding out from a ruptured placenta and it was the closest one, I was trying not to die. Are you not aware this was an emergency c section at 34 weeks? And also Y hospital is in network.
Ins: Yes but if you had gone to in network hospital Z you could have transferred to an in network NICU.
Me: *Googles* That's 2.5hrs away. I was bleeding out. I had to receive 2 pints of blood and I was only bleeding for 30 minutes before they started my transfusion. I would have been dead if I drove there.
Ins: Well it transfers to the appropriate NICU for your plan, next time please try to go there.
Lol okay, next time I'm pregnant and bleeding out I'll be sure to do that. This is insane.
