Casually throwing around mud and screaming at others without any evidence. We have been going through documents and talking to dozens of sources for over a month. Just because some 'independent' reporter went to Kangpokpi doesn't mean she owns the copyright to the place and no one else can write about it. Maybe some of the armed people who scammed the villagers are her close friends, and it hurts, who knows. The real reason for the gripe is something else -- we have with great difficulty and risk managed to get evidence and the money trail and reported it. If she hasn't done this before, maybe she should try going through 1,300 pages of documents in four weeks and make sense of it all, instead of walking around some hills to fake it later as sincere legwork. 'Independent' reporter, of course. It is over to investigators now and her madness matters the least. All she has in hand is some very libelous opinion and self righteousness to the point of lunacy, a vending machine of bile. Screaming on social media may get some high-fives for a day or two. That's the mileage. But I'll not give her the opportunity to act like a martyr on whose honour a big statue should be built near the Kaladan route. I have been ignoring personal attacks for a long time. Now that she managed to get a reaction, congratulations. It's terrible though. Break over, back to work.
