I really like the new direction of all poe2 uniques, where they just actually do something "unique", something a regular rare cannot replicate. Whether or not they end up being good, this is how uniques in every arpg should be designed.

I glaze poe 2 quite a bit, that being said they have the worst mechanic in any video game I have ever played. Accidently holding space bar after rolling and getting heavy stunned is league of legends levels of tilt.
There is a fine line between friction and drywall punching and GGG is doing the moonwalk on it.

On the topic of GenAI, I've seen a lot of people saying that everyone should wait for Ananta over NTE because of this situation, which is extremely bad advice.

The NTE devs did not lie about the use of GenAI. They openly said in an interview prior to launch that it was used but not for core game assets (just like Kuro and Hoyo) which remains true. The things that are allegedly Ai, as of this moment, are misc elements and billboards.

You need to buy D4, buy all expansions, buy the skin (which is class-locked), and continue buying expansions to use the skin in future content. POE is free, and the mtx can be applied to all characters in two separate games
