I’ve seen Acuff, Flemings, Wagler and Brown Jr all linked to Nets in post-Lottery mocks so far. I’m consoled by ESPN analysts, particularly Bilas, saying Draft is “10 deep.” It probably is but that doesn’t remove sting … again. And I like Demin a lot.

If Kevin Durant gets traded this summer, he and James Harden will have changed teams a combined six times within the last five years after their Nets tenures. It remains baffling that they couldn’t figure it out in Brooklyn. Not to mention Harden leaving cost him $50 million.

If taxes were fair: You earn $100,000 per year and pay $30,000 in tax. Your neighbor earns $1,000,000 and pays $300,000 in tax. Your neighbor is paying 10X more than you. If taxes were fair, you should both pay $30,000, since you both receive the same government services.

@bronzeageshawty Hmmm…if you put away $10,000 in a 401K (and again it is pre tax dollars so take home pay only impacted by $6,000) from age 25 to 35 and STOP you will have a million dollars by age 65. Plus you can borrow up to $50,000 for an house and you pay yourself back the interest.
