Engineer, Analyst - I don't pretend to know all the answers. I do, however, ask some good questions.

@OrcusFire I've always said I like Fonseca but can't stand the excessive hype and attention about him.

I'm warming to Fonseca a brutally honest assessment between difference Sinner and Alcaraz; " I think Alcaraz has more arsenal than Sinner. Sinner is more like a robot that just kills the ball and does everything perfect but Carlos, he can do everything."

@t7_linda @CBC He also behaved inappropriately (i'm being charitable) with a female reporter, then claimed she 'experienced it differently'. Why be limited to jokes?🤣 We can write serious essays, even scientific papers in peer reviewed journals re Castro.

Justin Trudeau invoked the emergencies act over vaccine mandate protests, sent the RCMP in on horseback who trampled an indigenous elder, froze the bank accounts of single moms and called truckers nazis. We can make jokes about Fidel Castro being his father @CBC Sit down

@Gisele_ShoeSmug @CoffeeBlackMD And, then we have verifiable events where top public health officials fraudulently claimed a COVID death when cancer was the cause. This was big, as it was used to push vaccines on kids. x.com/KnowledgeAcqui…

@peakpilot @dervishgirl1 @OttawaPsycholo1 @pauldhondt @spitzer_simone @CMOH_Alberta Reclassified. Honesty is important. I'm glad @spitzer_simone was willing to speak up in her time of grief. Saddened she felt the need to. Sorry for your loss, Simone.

@LifeFreedomFam Exactly...and with a collapsed health system here good pharmacists really fill in gaps. If I hadn't moved an hour away I'd stay with the old pharmacy but the drive is hell in winter

Moving is so disruptive. Had a great pharmacy in the city, really efficient and dialed in staff - I brought a lot of issues to them. Changed pharmacies and so far they’re a disappointment. Not very helpful or even friendly

@WatcherAfar @ryangerritsen Does the neon decoration in the background suggest that psychedelics were part of this interview? 🤔 That might be worth watching. 🤣 x.com/PierrePoilievr…

@dervishgirl1 @AlexNeve24 @globeandmail Another reason the EA is relevant is the 'Responsiblity to Protect' doctrine. Trudeau's illegal EA invocation and use of force against peaceful protestors is, in theory, an opening for a UN sanctioned use of force on Canada. 🤣

@dervishgirl1 @AlexNeve24 @globeandmail My impression from the article is that Neve believes the Iranian regime is a problem that needs to be dealt with, just not by Trump. Whether he'd support military action if Biden was in charge, I'm not certain. I'd appreciate if he'd clarify this point.

A recent Globe and Mail editorial argues that since international law has failed to address years of challenges, threats, and human rights violations in Iran, it is justifiable to toss it out the window and go to war. Not how I see it. The most dangerous thing we could do in our troubled world is appoint Donald Trump and Benjamin Netanyahu as the arbiters and enforcers of the international order. alexneve.ca/blog/internati…

Medicine already has a trust problem—and this makes it worse. A single judge just overrode HHS, halted a lawful committee, and froze a presidential directive. That’s not how science works. If you disagree, you debate—you don’t sue to shut it down. MDs celebrating this is shortsighted. It won’t hold up. Because if this becomes the norm, nothing moves forward—every decision gets dragged into court. That’s not science. That’s paralysis.

@ProfKlase @DrJoelGator There is an incredible amount of footage available of the ACIP debates, viewed by many people - scientists and general public. I suspect this is most transparent it's ever been, by a wide margin. The usual debate has not been overridden, rather the level has been raised.

@DrJoelGator The whole objection is that HHS/ACIP/The president overrode the usual debate and required consideration of actual facts to do what they want.

@missiletech80 @CoffeeBlackMD Sorry about your Uncle's passing. If you like Crisler's approach, his book is truly excellent. You can pay me for a consult if you wish, with the understanding that I'm not a doctor, rather an engineer, like Nelson Vergel, who does a lot of data analysis.

I started TRT one year ago. Here is what I've noticed: - I became far more conservative, socially and politically. - I stopped liking Indian food - I started to enjoy country music (?) - I became less agreeable, although not in an aggressive fashion. I merely have fewer qualms about speaking my mind in a way that's authentic. I don't care about how I am percieved by others as much as before. - I have absolutely zero tolerance for feminists and lefties. This was already true to some extent, but now it is absolute. No time and no patience. - My recovery from workouts substantially improved - Morning wood is extreme: every single day without fail - I feel very little anxiety about the state of the world. I can witness society collapsing, and just kinda accept it. Things are real bad, but there is a sense of internal stability which carries me through. - I also feel more "protective" over my close family and friends, but also my people and my culture. It's a stange feeling that is difficult to fully articulate. For those wondering, my testosterone was always on the high side (950-1000+), but free T was low because SHBG was consistently high. I discovered iron overload, and improved my SHBG by bloodletting, although it didn't bring free T to the level I would like. After listening to @HunterEsoteric, I decided to start TRT. It was one of the best decisions of my life

@EO_Nutrition @thepowerofozone For many men, that would be iron deficiency, not iron overload. Ferritin can be used as an estimate of total iron stores, and rises as your iron stores rise. Ferritin can rise very high (1000+) before liver damage occurs. Liver damage is not a prerequisite for rising ferritin.

@CoffeeBlackMD @allicovington I suspect this person would have been happy at 500mg, 2x per day. It still raises the question do they really need 1000mg every day. Citrate is a good supplement, or a colonoscopy prep, depending on dose. There's likely a middle-ground if you need a laxative. Use your 🧠.

@CoffeeBlackMD @allicovington When I had a colonoscopy, the prep was essentially high dose Mg Citate (I think approx 3g). Do not take 3g in one shot, unless your goal is to get empty!🤣 I suspect everyone has a different tolerance. It's not hard to split the dose.

True story. Took over a case. An elderly patient with recurrent diarrhea. Second admit. Into the *ICU* low magnesium and low blood pressure. Ongoing problems 4 weeks. 4 weeks ago PCP started him on MagOx for low magnesium. Everyone scratching their heads. GI even consulted! (🤣😂 iykyk). Surgery suggesting Octreotide!! He’s still having loose stools!! The whole nerd sh*t extensive internal medicine hospital work up. Nothing. The MagOx is still on the MAR!! I stop the MagOx - list it as an adverse reaction medication. I load him up total body with IV magnesium given slowly over a few days. Diarrhea stops. Blood pressure comes back into a range everyone was much more comfortable with and I write on a piece of for him and his wife “magnesium glycinate - get at Costco, Amazon, or most pharmacies - NOT expensive” They thought I was a master of my craft!! I wish it were so. In this case I was simply able to connect the last few dots that others didn’t see initially. It’s often easier to walk into a case with new eyes when others have gone through the trouble of ruling out the dangerous and more common. But seriously. MagOx is a garbage magnesium product. I can’t and won’t be convinced otherwise.
drMAWZ@TheDrMAWZ

Taking magnesium oxide at night for sleep? Wrong form Magnesium glycinate or threonate cross the blood-brain barrier Oxide just gives you diarrhea
