Harris campaign reports they are seeing: -High Puerto Rican turnout in Philadelphia -College student enthusiasm (7 hour long lines at Lehigh University) -Florida: Turnout high among Republicans -North Carolina: Rural Republican turnout is lower, while high turnout in Durham.
