Bought a Samsung TV on 14 Oct, installed on 15 Oct, stopped working on 19 Oct.
Now replacement denied because invoice serial number doesn’t match the TV delivered.
Croma blames Samsung, Samsung blames Croma.
This feels like fraud.

@SamsungIndia Guys, beware of the risk of buying expensive products from Samsung. I had purchased a 50" TV, next month after the warrranty period the Panel is gone. No repairing options, only option to replace the Panel, If I need to buy a Panel which is costing to the TV Price. Ridiculous!
