@SamsungIndia @j4samoht Details concerning the defective- Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4 5G (Pink Gold, 8GB RAM, 128GB Storage; that I purchased in September 2022. The device demonstrated multiple critical issues within less than a year of ownership, causing significant inconvenience and mental distress.

@policybazaar Policy bazaar is not user friendly as earlier. They will collect the money first and then redirect you to many forms to be filled, since your money is locked you need to go through the pain, after all the policy will not be issued on time.. Better go to nearest shop for renewal

This is the condition of my FOLD 7. Since 3 months, for evey two days phone freezes and gets restarted especially when the phone is unfolded. I tried all the options, formatted, tried safe mode, removed all the widgets and restarted many times. Even raised issue in members app.

@SamsungIndia Hi, beware of the risk on buying expensive products from Samsung. I had purchased a 50" TV, immediately after the warrranty period ended the Panel is gone. No repairing options, only option is to replace the Panel and the Panel costs same to the TV Price. It is heavy loss!!
