Vehicle brokedown, charged extra amount. After multiple follow ups, on Jan 3 agreed to refund within 20 days. Till date, no refund received. On every follow up email, they mention it will take another 10 days. Isn"t it great customer service. @Olacabs @ola_supports @MORTHIndia

@Olacabs Booked a cab at Rs. 839/-, brokedown at 3 km, asked to pay 171/-. Booked another cab at Rs. 757/-. Reached customer care through only option of chatbots which advised to send email, did so but no response. Who is responsible for overcharging and discomfort. @MORTHIndia

Complained, tweeted, tried everything to get answer for curtailing my rights but no response, not even an apology. Stop peacockery.
