@LudditeHacker American culture, before Lincoln, was guns, tobacco, rebellion, whiskey and genocide for the Aryan race. Modern yuro culture is just bitching about America, drinking coffee, smoking cigarettes and letting in millions of “immigrants a year” while impotently complaining.

This is always used as a joke but local differences are real. Dissolve them through globalist warfare if you must, it will only impoverish us in the end. At worst you end up with American "White"culture, a contemptible concept, but, unfortunately, our future if we do not act.

Most of the people you think are "paid" to say what they say probably aren't paid. By Israel, by the IDF, by Hamas, by Trump, by the DNC.
This is a child's idea of the human mind. Reputation, ego, vanity, and all sorts of non-pecuniary rewards are more than enough to motivate people to say ridiculous things (or things you find ridiculous, but that other people do not find ridiculous).
A lot of people on here think their ideological adversaries are getting "paid". There's always the implication that there's some secret, dark slush fund.
It's stupid. It's not that dramatic. They disagree with you, or their ego got out ahead of them, or they get social standing, or any number of other things.
Hell, they often even *believe* what they're saying without being paid.

@Alonso_GD I think women who are denied an abortion and attempt one on their own as a desperate last resort should be charged with a crime and sent to jail.

Immediately trashing the ‘migrants are net contributors’ line ⬇️ we are literally importing benefits claimants.
“A report by the Institute for Public Policy Research and Landman Economics estimates that half of all children with parents in the UK on work visas could be living in poverty by that year.
This is because migrant families can only claim benefits including child benefit and in-work elements of universal credit after obtaining indefinite leave to remain.”

@MorgothsReview I cannot stand anyone that points the finger at Sadiq Khan.
Brain-dead implicit racism that has plagued British politics for decades.
I want actual racist solutions.

HOW LIBERALISM BECAME A JOKE, by Aaron Bastani (@AaronBastani)
Perhaps the reason for Davey’s perpetually jocular manner, and his incapability of embodying gravitas, is that liberalism itself has become an unserious worldview — one whose devotees believe in little more than a dying status quo.
The liberal post-Cold War triumph was so utterly overwhelming that, almost two decades after the Global Financial Crisis, they lack the tools to diagnose our current political woes. Liberal centrists, therefore, have become instinctively complacent.
The Lib Dems are now defined by their negative views: stop Brexit, stop Corbyn, stop Boris — and now stop Farage. They can’t be for anything, so to speak, because this is the world they wanted. And it sucks.
The 21st century needs a reinvigorated, serious-minded liberalism to emerge — just don’t expect Ed Davey to be at the vanguard.
