How Samsung Harasses Customers Dear @SamsungMobile / @SamsungIndia I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S23 just two years ago, and it has already developed display issues, with multiple red lines appearing on the screen. When I approached the Croma showroom where I bought the phone, I was directed to visit a Samsung service centre. At the service centre, instead of addressing the issue, I was asked to produce the original purchase bill. Since I no longer have the bill, they refused to even consider repairing the defect. This kind of response reflects a deeply disappointing and unhelpful attitude from Samsung's customer service. I am now forced to run between the showroom and the service centre just to retrieve a duplicate bill for a legitimate repair request. Why should a customer have to go through such a hassle for a product that is clearly defective?
