ETH Denver is officially underway, and I’d like to share some updates on our approach this year. Many of the Analog team members will be in Denver representing our brand, but I’ve decided to stay back. My focus remains here—crafting innovative products, securing liquidity providers, developing robust yield-generation programs, rolling out new designs and content, and engaging in strategic calls with partners ranging from government representatives to key players in the Analog ecosystem. I often get asked, “Now that you’re public, how do you divide and conquer?” In my early days, I attended every major conference—Web3 Hong Kong, Consensus in Austin, ETH Denver, Token2049, Korea Blockchain Week, IVS in Japan, ECC in Paris—and these events were invaluable for meeting investors, developers, and community members who believed in our vision. Today, with a broader stakeholder base, we’ve built a strong business development team that can represent Analog at these events. For ETH Denver, while I won’t be there in person, our team—led by @ericwang1215 and @wtfucketh —will be on the ground. They’re ready to chat if you’re looking for cross-chain liquidity, yield opportunities, or product integrations. Developers eager to plug into our ecosystem are encouraged to reach out as well. For those new to these conferences, here’s a quick tip from my years of hustling on the circuit: When you’re out there, keep your pitch short and punchy. Introduce yourself with a simple, direct line—“Hi, I’m [First Name] from [Company]. We’re solving [Problem] (Twist the Knife!) by doing [Solution]. I used to work at [Previous Company], and our investors include [Notable Names].” Have your contact details ready—whether that’s via a linktree, a dotcard, or even a lanyard with a QR code. I personally wear a lanyard that makes it easy for people to scan and pull up all my socials. The key is to get to the point quickly; you have about 10 seconds to capture someone’s interest before they move on. If your target audience is truly interested, they’ll ask for more details—and that’s when you can dive a little deeper. I recall a couple of moments that truly underscore the importance of hustle. Once, I met @CryptoHayes as he walked out of a conference room to head outside and had less than 10 seconds to deliver my pitch before he added me to a group with his head of investments at Maelstrom Fund, @akshat_hk , who eventually invested in Analog. I also remember arriving last minute at a @Globalcoinrsrch lunch at KBW when nearly everyone had left—yet I managed to catch @vamosarthur from GCR, and they too ended up investing in Analog. These experiences taught me that in the fast-paced conference environment, hustle is everything. If you’re not hustling, someone else will be. I’ll miss the in-person buzz of ETH Denver, but my work here is equally important. I’m here to hold the fort as the product and marketing leader, guiding our strategic vision as CEO. I remain accessible through calls and virtual meetings, and I’m excited about the new initiatives we’ll be announcing soon. Our vision for the Analog ecosystem includes a suite of DeFi and Synthetic Asset/RWA applications that help you earn $ANLOG yield, invest, stake/restake, swap tokens, and participate fully in our community. Great times lie ahead, and I can’t wait to share them with you.
