@Pshark14 @TheAggship Taylor Funk is one of the greatest guys! I hope all his hard work pays off! Definitely deserves a chance

@TheAggship I’ll take any excuse to revisit this pic you got of Taylor Funk and Mason Falslev.

@CBKReport Mason Falslev – Utah State
15.2 PPG, 5.7 RPG, 2.4 APG, 2.9 SPG
One of the top 100 players in CBB and an under-the-radar NBA draft prospect on a SNEAKY good Utah State team.
Remember the name in March.

It’s preseason. But this is embarrassing.
Player A is Mason Falslev
Player B is Miles Byrd

Here are the top 10 returning college NBA prospects heading into 2025-26, per my analytics-based draft model:
Labaron Philon, 6'4 G, Alabama: Philon was a borderline first round pick candidate at Alabama last season, producing at a high level per 40 mins. Most notable was his high AST%, BLK%, & STL% as a freshman playing on the team with the highest strength of schedule in all of college basketball last season.
Tomislav Ivisic, 7'1 C, Illinois: From an analytics perspective, Ivisic was impressive last season as a sophomore, with 99th percentile finishing around the rim (80.5% FG!!), 91st percentile AST% among all college centers, and 7.2 3PA/40.
Jacob Cofie, 6'10 PF, USC: Long, athletic forward with some impressive defensive numbers in his freshman season at Virginia, including a 98th percentile STL% among all college forwards. I love his mix of physical tools & feel.
Bennett Stirtz, 6'4 PG, Iowa: Stirtz's numbers were literally off the charts last season at Drake, finishing 90th percentile or above in 9 out of the 16 statistical categories in the model. It will be interesting to see how his game translates to B1G.
Mason Falslev, 6'3 CG, Utah State: Versatile, efficient guard who rebounds the ball at a high level (7.8 REB/40) and had impressive numbers across the board, from C&S threes to AST% to STL%.
JT Toppin, 6'9 PF/C, Texas Tech: Dominant finisher around the basket who was a vey impressive shot blocker (84th percentile BLK%) & rebounder (13.8 REB/40!!) in his sophomore year.
Magoon Gwath, 7'0 PF/C, San Diego State: Gwath's mix of insane shot blocking (99th percentile BLK%) and intriguing floor stretching & shot creation abilities make him one of the highest upside returning players in college.
PJ Haggerty, 6'3 PG, Kansas State: For all the questions about how his game translates to the NBA, it's hard to ignore Haggerty's ridiculous productivity. He shot the ball much better in his junior year, gets to the free throw line at an unbelievable rate (8.5 FTA/40), and was above the 80th percentile among all college guards in both AST% & STL%.
Miles Byrd, 6'7 SF, San Diego State: A defensive menace (99th percentile BLK% + 98th percentile STL%!!) who has shown a ton of potential for growth on the offensive end heading into this season.
Yaxel Lendeborg, 6'9 PF/C, Michigan: Lendeborg was one of the best players in the country last season, posting impressive numbers across the board. It will be interesting to see how he produces at Michigan this season.

@delmar_tenorio @GeoffGrammer @ABQJournal @deyton242 Your an idiot they don’t play the same position
English

@GeoffGrammer @ABQJournal @deyton242 How come you didn't ask him how excited he was to not be playing behind Falslev? Bet you 500 dollars Albury has a better season than Mason after next season.
