@realRFKJr Pretty based to be honest. I thought this was a pro RFK account until I saw the bio 😂. Thanks for sharing! America takes over 50% of the worlds drugs and is one of the least healthy nations physically and mentally.

In an interview from just *last week* RFK Jr. blamed mass shootings on anti-depressants and video games. And then says "it has nothing to do with the number of guns."

After nearly two years of waiting to hear back on my Pfizer C19 Vaccine injury claim I finally got a decision. Although I stuck this in the mail on my one year anniversary date, it was picked up and post marked one day later and missed the filing deadline by 1 day. June 10th 2021 vs June 11th 2022. Out of the roughly 1,300 claims that have been processed, over 1,235 have been denied due to missing the filing deadline. Unlike the CICP, the VICP ( Vaccine Injury Compensation Program ) has a three year filing deadline to account for people dealing with illness and getting all of their diagnosis and medical records/ expenses in order before filing. We are currently not eligible for that program, or any other compensation due primarily to the fact that the vaccines were not considered a fully licensed and approved product at the time they were distributed and were approved under the PREP act. On the bright side, I’m not missing much aside from a little validation. The 4 myocarditis claims that have been compensated had an average of less than 1,500 dollars in “unreimburseable medical expenses”. The CICP does not let you claim pain and suffering or in many cases lost wages. I can’t say I’m surprised to be honest. I’ve been spending everyday talking to offices about the failings of this system and the 10k claims that are in there. I do think it’s funny that after not hearing anything back for nearly two years I spend one month on Capitol Hill and get my claim processed haha. Life’s full of coincedences 😉

The last month has been crazy! I feel bad for not sharing more updates yet but I’ve been working to comprehend the full scope of the Covid Vaccine Injury issue. Each day feels like a new puzzle piece gets unearthed. I will do a longer video update in attempt to weave together this web of issues that stands in the way of helping Injured Americans. But I feel like it’s too complicated for a short post haha. I came into this role thinking i would just be meeting with offices to help them understand the bills that we support, in hopes of eventually getting the bills to a vote. We have been successful in getting several key offices on board, but In reality the first month of this journey has been one of discovery. Very few people fully understanding the nuances of the 1986 Vaccine Childhood Injury Act, the lobbying efforts that went into breaking it between 1986-1988 & the lack of accountability between the congressional offices, agencies, and pharma companies that has led to the suffering of tens of thousands of Americans & a massive loss of trust in public health agencies over the last 4 years. If anything I’ve begun to realize how many government decisions are based on incomplete or inaccurate information. Many of these politicians are voting on complex bills with little to no understanding of the implications it will have on American lives, based primarily off of the opinion of a young legislative assistant staffer. If everyone understood how severely the safety net for Covid Vaccines was ripped away with the PREP act, effectively leaving the Government playing a form of russian roulette with millions of lives, I think there would be enough upheaval to actually effect positive changes. However there’s been a major effort to deem anyone with questions surrounding Vaccine Safety nets as an Anti Vaxxer. This has been extremely effective at preventing conversation, and I am shut out of offices weekly due to this stigma. If they would take the time to listen and understand that the system works “fine”, until you’re one of the unlucky people who experiences a life changing reaction. My hope is one day we will truly have “reciprocal civic duty” but until then all we can do is keep advocating for change. More to come soon! Thank you all 🙏🏻

Todays Covid Select Subcommittee hearing was a huge moment in the ongoing fight towards getting Covid 19 Vaccine Injured Americans help! To make a significant change happen we need bi partisan support and i commend @RepRaulRuizMD , @RepBradWenstrup , @RepKweisiMfume , @jilltokuda , @RepMTG , @RepDebDingell , @RepMalliotakis , @millermeeks for taking this issue seriously and listening to the failings of the current system. Thank you to Raul Ruiz for co sponsoring the bills HR5142 & 5143 after the hearing. Its not a perfect solution but its a massive step in the right direction and would go a long way in helping those who have suffered adverse reactions. @React19org

I uploaded the full hearing because the Youtube version has 28 minutes of dead air at the beginning, and i hope some people will listen to the whole story. There are some sound bites floating around at the moment, but its interesting to hear everything in context.

Stepping out into the unknown is daunting to say the least, but I’m really excited to head to Washington DC 🏛️ and begin working on this new chapter as a Lobbyist for the Vaccine injured. I’m extremely grateful to have my health back as much as I do after the last few years, and I’m even more grateful for the opportunity to advocate for those who aren’t able to represent themselves. My biggest goal over the next 4 months is to reduce the stigma around this topic, create public awareness, and help politicians understand the nuances around the issues we face in getting recognition and compensation due to the passing of the prep act and the emergency use authorization. The two bills I am working to support are HR5142 & 5143. These bills are democrat led, with a republican coauthor, and have been endorsed by Bio which is one of the largest pharmaceutical lobby’s. Essentially they will add the Covid vaccines into the existing Vaccine Injury Compensation Program and update several key features of that program to ensure anyone injured now or in the future from any other VICP approved vaccines will receive proper support. This program is funded by the Pharma companies and should not cost the taxpayers any additional money, and it currently has a 4 billion dollar surplus earmarked to help vaccine injured Americans. Link to more info will be in the pinned comment. Thank you guys for everything! ❤️ @React19org @EpochTimes @nytimes @SenSanders @RandPaul @RepLloydDoggett @RepSmucker

@KatSienk Again I appreciate your insight to this, it’s such a complex situation and we are trying to both deal with an immediate need and focus on long term changes too. I’m always open to learning more though

I hope this comes off as non confrontational, as my intent is to learn. What would you recommend instead to help people suffering now? I will tell you VICP is a million times better than the CICP that the covid vaccines are stuck in now. That has a 98% rejection rate and an average payout of $3,700 for the 11 people paid so far. The absolute max of the program is $50k but no one is getting anywhere close to that. VICP would be updated to a $600k max pain and suffering plus ongoing medical bills. We have a bill in the house now that is ready to move and could help thousands of Americans, we feel this is our best shot for the short term but if someone like @RobertKennedyJr could get into office they could repeal VICP and open the companies up to liability. Historically though, the cost of civilians to fight against pharma was crippling for many.

I met Kyle Warner, professional mountain biker, at Senator Johnson hearing in 11/2/21. He was injured from Pfizer covid jab and could no longer ride. Kyle is heading to DC to advocate for the vax injured and help be voice of reason. He’s the real deal. Please listen to his video and learn more about the important bills in Congress. Go Kyle!

I agree in large part, we are trying to do what we can as a first step towards helping people that are desperate now but we need to reassess the entire VICP system, especially since the definition of vaccine changed in 2021 to allow an entirely new class of therapeutics to fall under the designation. BIO is in favor of the bill currently but not the lobby PHRMA

VICP is NOT pharma funded. The tax is paid by the consumer. The process is a JOKE. The payouts are a JOKE. The only solution is to remove liability protection from the manufacturers. If pharma is backing your efforts, you can be assured that they will benefit from whatever it is you're working on.

Hey Kat, the bill would modernize the Vicp program and help anyone injured by any vaccines moving forward. The flu shot was added to the Vicp without children being forced to stay updated each year for school, covid shots would be the same. We are in touch with people like Dell and Bobby through the non profit and have been working through this very carefully as we agree that these should not be required for children.

@KyleWarnermtb You are missing some key facts. In order for an injectable to be covered by the VICP has to be on the CDC recommended childhood schedule. Which would be completely effed and would cause WAY more harm than good. Please talk to Del Bigtree and Bobby before you push for something that will ultimately harm more children!

Dear Kyle, I'm also an MTB rider, obviously not as good as you! I met you at a national competition in Oaxaca, México, back in 2018. I'd love to have you as a guest on my podcast. Even when we are focusing on the UNvaccinated and Healthy, it is imperative to raise awareness about the vaccine injured. Would it be possible? God bless you, amazing rider and even better human being! 🙏
