How to become more attractive to your wife
Notice her. Listen well. Remembers what matters. Respond with care. Make plans. Decide. Act. No controlling. No sulking. Keep promises. Tell the truth. Stay steady under pressure. Speak to her with honor. Protect her dignity. Never use contempt. Handle work and home responsibilities. Solve problems. Take care of your health and appearance. Own your faults. Apologise cleanly. Forgive. Don't punish her with silence. Flirt with her. Touch her. Pursue her. Make intimacy about her experience, not just yours. Master yourself. Give your family a clear mission.

Why do you want to have children?
This is the best answer.
Someday in your thirties or forties,
you will suddenly realize
the best things in life
have already happened.
The rest is just repetition and growing old,
year after year, day after day.
But a child washes away the repetition,
making life unknown once again.
They cause you worry, make you care,
bring you joy, bring you surprise,
and let you experience childhood all over again.
They make you understand your parents' state of mind from back then,
give you an excuse to buy the toys you once yearned for but couldn't have,
make you strong in pain, and calm in a crisis.
They let you see your childhood self,
so that you can better understand and accept yourself.
Parents raise the child,
and the child also accompanies the parents.
Parents and children nourish each other,
and fulfill each other.
In the fleeting time,
the child gives us something to look forward to in the future.
I think, this is the reason for having children.

> Be David Goggins
> 51 years old
> Looks 25
> Beaten with belts by his dad as a kid
> Becomes 300 lbs
> Spraying cockroaches as a job
> Severe learning disability and stutter
> Decides to become a Navy SEAL
> Loses 106 lbs in 3 months just to qualify
> Fails BUD/S twice. Broken legs. Stress fractures.
> Gets in 3rd time. Becomes the only member of US Armed Forces to complete SEAL training, Army Ranger School, and Air Force Tactical Air Controller training
> Runs 100 miles in 19 hours with zero training to raise money for charity
> Breaks his feet and kidneys during the race
> Keeps running anyway
> Breaks the World Record for pull-ups (4,030 in 17 hrs)
> Finds out he has a hole in his heart the size of a poker chip
> Operates at 100% capacity while technically "broken"
> Spends his summers as a wildland smokejumper putting out forest fires
> Releases a book that sells millions without a major publisher
> Lives by the "40% Rule"—when your mind says you're done, you're only 40% there
And Goggins is still the hardest motherf*cker on the planet who refuses to be comfortable.
Goggins is badass.

I have a secret to share
After your first $2–$3 million, a paid off home and a good car, there is no difference in quality of life between you and Jeff Bezos. Both of you have limited amount of time on earth; you have twice if not more than Jeff, so you are richer than him. A cheeseburger is a cheeseburger whether a billionaire eats or you do.
Money is nothing but a piece of paper or a number in your app. Real life is outdoors.
Become financially independent; that’s usually 2–3mil. Have good food. Enjoy the relations. Workout. Sleep well. Call your parents. That’s all there is to life. Greed has no end.
Repeat after me: Time is the currency of life. Money is not.
Sooner you figure this out, happier you will be.
