That's how the LG technician works, not professional but the customer has to pay the price always. It goes from the technician to the manager post, that is the unethical practices and incompetence.

@LGIndia "I have been 'staying tuned' for days, but there has been zero progress. My unit is under warranty and the fault lies with your technician’s negligence. I need a concrete resolution and a repair schedule within 24 hours, not vague updates. I have already Provided approx 6 month
