The return address is always RHU British Gas Trading, 1 Hawkley Drive, Bradley Stoke BS32 0GE. Belongs to a company called Paragon who print letters on behalf of big firms. @BritishGasHelp do you use such a company? Or is it an elaborate scam? @BritishGas won't confirm or deny.

My parents have been getting bills at their address in various names (none connected to them) for 8 weeks from @BritishGas. They have been the sole owners of the house for 40 years since it was built. 40 plus bills in about 20 different names over 8 weeks. @BritishGasHelp

@Orange_Scooter @valismind I had an email from DPD earlier, mines coming tomorrow. My 1st order for 1499 was for the 13th. Canceled it as it was now 1399 and that changed to 7th. Wish Samsung were consistent with their pre orders
