@Wrath_of_Teclis @vauxhall @Tiv81 @ArnoldClark If you haven't already, contact vauxhall customer service and complain about the wet belt issue. They have ab extended warranty in place but only if you phone them! Just got our car back today after 10 weeks without it!!

2019 Grandland X, been with @ArnoldClark since 16th Feb due to wet belt and subsequent turbo issue. @vauxhall have been hopeless too, these cars should be recalled. Don't even have a courtesy car from either of them. Meanwhile, still paying the finance company monthly! Fuming!

@mattthepower @BBCWatchdog @Mattallwright @PeugeotUK @vauxhall are the same. Grandland X has been with @ArnoldClark since 16th February due to wet belt and subsequent turbo issue. My warranty is up with @ArnoldClark in the next week or 2 and I think they're holding out as long as possible to charge me instead!

@BBCWatchdog @Mattallwright It’s not just ford @PeugeotUK need investigating too. I have emailed you with our details. Made us to pay £300 for diognostics, the fault was confirmed and then refuse to assist. We feel like a victim of a crime. They looked at it 4 weeks b4 it failed #wetbelt

Absolutely shocking customer service from @ArnoldClark and @vauxhall. A known issue that has an extended warranty in place due to #wetbelt, however I still don't have a car, as it's been with @ArnoldClark since 16th February! Why are these cars not recalled @vauxhall?

They've had mine since the 16th February and it's still not fixed, and noone has phoned me back despite requesting twice to speak with a manager. I've also been on to @vauxhall as the problem with my car is a known issue #wetbelt
