@Savage16May We were out by Thrasher Rock yesterday and the strait was like a lake, no fish though. In all fairness, Environment Canada predicted strong winds today.

We started off going for a nice boat ride this morning to do some fishing. Things didn't turn out as planned. The water was very choppy & my husband got really seasick so we had to turn around & come back to Nanaimo 🙏💖

Our insurance provider forced us to undergo a third-party cybersecurity audit. They sent a guy named Kevin who carried a clipboard and spoke entirely in compliance frameworks. I told Kevin that mapping the network creates a comprehensive blueprint for state-sponsored threat actors. I explained that we utilize a Schrödinger network philosophy. I told him the infrastructure exists in a state of quantum superposition where it is both perfectly secure and completely undocumented. I'll often read 19th century anthropological reports about Canadian Indigenous groups and be amazed at how the author is far *less* condescending than virtually all of modern academic writing on Indigenous issues.
