I dont understand why there needs to be anything complicated with a live account, @ajtradinglucid help me understand. People are buying a $50k eval, they pass it. They then trade a $50k sim funded for a while and show they are consistent and aren’t just yoloing and didn’t just get lucky, that they can manage the leverage $50k offers. The firm then invites them to live. Sim funded profits are forfeited, that was a proving ground and those profits weren’t even real, they came out of the firms pocket, time to move on. Give them an account with $50,000 real dollars in it, trading a real live market, because this is the evaluation they paid for and passed, this is the leverage they proved they can manage. Limit the firms risk at 10%. Require the trader to grow the account 10% before taking any payouts because this is the risk the firm was willing to take on the trader. Once they grow the account 10%, the firm raises the downside risk to $50,000 and the firm is now breakeven on their investment into the trader. From that point on, the trader should be able to withdraw any amount, anytime, at any interval, just like a personal account, as long as the account doesnt drop below $50,000 and the firm takes their cut of every withdraw. This is a model that is mutually beneficial to both parties, and is fair. This would be a TRUE live account. Can you help me understand from your perspective why this isnt viable?

If I ever get to this level, I will quit trading and focus on building substantial wealth via other available means of business. Own something that generates money on auto pilot, build something or invest in something that accumulates. Most people don't understand the kind of blessing is it not to have high BP thinking of the market next move simply because you don't have enough info like insiders. With 14 million dollars you can easily invest in government bonds or something and be getting clean 20% ROI .. Think business that can be passed down to generations to come 🫴

Kenyan tax law is tricky, and sometimes entertaining. There are guys called H-N-F. High Networth Freelancers. They earn in dollars. Think in dollars. And price everything in dollars. But now, in Kenya, taxes are crazy. A freelancer earning 10M annually, Pay taxes worth 3M shillings. • That is 30%. They do not like that. So they get creative. They look for low-tax countries: - Dubai, Mauritius, cayman islands, etc. They register brief case companies there. - As sole directors & sole shareholders. Clients pay directly to those companies. The company pays Zero or very low tax. • Then sends money to Kenya as dividends. Withholding tax about ~5% - So tax drops from 30% to 5%. Same 10m. Tax now is 500,000. But unknown to them. There is one dangerous sentence chilling quietly in Kenyan tax law. It reads: • Any company managed and controlled from Kenya, is a Kenyan resident company. Meaning: - You own the company in Cayman - But run it from your laptop in Nairobi That is a Kenyan company. And Kenyan companies must pay Kenyan taxes. So one day KRA audits the freelancer. He pays zero taxes in Kenya. He says he earns dividend from his Cayman company. KRA asks for the registration documents. And finds he is the sole director. - KRA Taxes the company in Kenya - Adds penalties for tax evasion - And goes for him as the representative to pay Lesson. • Structure your offshore company properly. • Or KRA will structure it for you.
