I had same situation selling real estate last year , everything I like was at ATHs, bit thr bullet an investing anyway - heavily into $SMH and $RKLB . Turned out to be good decisions. 2 more houses being sold soon so I’ll be up for round 2 soon, probably will add to my RKLB, SMH, AMZN and double my position in $NOW. Debating on starting a position in $BE. And have $OKLO on my watch list.
