Bengal must be resuscitated and brought to life once again, and this cannot happen if it is not secure. The very first decision of the @BJP4India govt must be to hand over 600 acres of land to the BSF for securing the border, something that Mamata repeatedly refused.

That’s false. Governor of West Bengal can call incumbent Chief Minister to prove majority on the floor of the Legislative Assembly. If they lose the floor test, they are constitutionally bound to resign.
Otherwise, as under Article 164, the Chief Minister holds office “during the pleasure of the Governor.” If the CM has clearly lost the mandate (election results) and refuses to resign, the Governor can withdraw pleasure and dismiss them.
Governor, under convention and constitutional practice, is obligated to invite the leader of the party/alliance commanding majority in the newly elected House to form the government. The outgoing CM has no legal standing to block this once the new House is constituted.
President’s rule is the last resort.

Governor can maximum ask Mamata Banerjee to resign, but the Governor can never force her to do so. If Didi does not resign, the Governor can recommend President's rule. In that case, no political party will be able to remain as the ruler in Bengal. Again we have to face election in that case

#WATCH | Mumbai: On outgoing WB CM Mamata Banerjee's statement, Shiv Sena leader Shaina NC says, "The Election Commission will hand over the final gazette notification to the governor in 1-2 days. I don't understand what Mamata Banerjee is talking about. What caretaker CM? This is a clear-cut election when 92% of people came out and voted against her. Instead of accepting with grace, she talks about taking legal recourse in the Calcutta High Court. But the government formation will not be possible because, eventually, victory is victory, and defeat is defeat. I think the bottom line is clear that Mamata Banerjee's refusal to resign and talk about mischief in 100 seats is a sign of absolute desperation, and this refusal will be taken by the public very seriously..."

🚨 HUGE! Sonam Wangchuk & Ladakh groups have OPPOSED power sector privatisation
— They claim it will increase UNEMPLOYMENT & tariffs.
When Modi Govt is pushing massive infra development & keeping doors open for DIALOGUE on all demands including STATEHOOD, why this blanket opposition?
Is it genuine concern or just politics of disruption & negativity?
Ladakh needs progress, not permanent protest mode.
