Noelia Castillo didn’t want to die yet.
She asked her killers to delay her death but they had plans, and ignored her requests.
Last Thursday evening they gave her an anaesthetic, harvested her organs then, having ripped everything out of her, and rendered her body useless, they murdered her by lethal injection.
That’s right- I’m not calling it suicide, and I’m most definitely not calling it health care.
This was cold blooded murder for material gain.😡

Noelia avait une tendance suicidaire et des troubles psychiques. Les parents de Noelia auraient en outre fait l’objet de pressions pour ne pas retarder l'euthanasie, car la procédure de prélèvement des organes était déjà prévue. En outre, selon Selon Polonia Castellanos, des militants pro-euthanasie siègent à la fois dans les commissions chargées de décider de l'euthanasie, et dans celles chargées de superviser les transplantations. Noelia a été tuée par injection létale jeudi 26 mars 2026, à 18h, faisant simultanément l'objet de prélèvements d'organes. Tout cela est extrèmement grave, mais n'est pas étonnant au regard de l'histoire de l'euthanasie au XXe siècle. This was Noelia. She grew up with in a struggling household with parents addicted to drugs. Drugs that were tolerated by the Spanish government.
Noelia was taken from her parents and put in and out of state institutions for minors. In there, she was routinely sexually abused and at one point even gang raped by multiple migrants who were also housed in the facility. Noelia told the management of the facility about the abuse, but they cared more about not being racist than about saving Noelia.
Suffering from the abuse and neglect, Noelia attempted suicide by jumping from the fifth-floor balcony of the facility. She survived but sustained a severe, irreversible spinal cord injury, becoming disabled.
When she sought help, the Spanish government offered Noelia ‘assisted suicide’. Noelia accepted.
When friends tried to visit her to persuade her not to allow doctors to kill her, they were blocked from visiting her by the hospital — which allegedly had already sold her organs when Noelia was still alive. Noelia was all alone and had no friends by her side when she was killed and her organs harvested. Maybe she ultimately wanted live, or needed someone to talk to — we’ll never know.
This case enrages me so much because so many different evils were unleashed on an innocent, vulnerable girl — all of which could have been prevented if we had governments that protected our girls instead of facilitating their abuse, rape and death. One day, hopefully soon, we will avenge our European daughters.

Never forget the communist state of Spain, which executed a rape victim and allowed those who gang-raped her to roam free.
You’ll always be remembered as the face of a socialist regime who willingly murdered a vulnerable and violated girl who had lost all hope, instead of giving Noelia justice. You granted freedom, housing and benefits to mentally ill immigrant rapists, murderers and people who despise Spanish society, and this was the end result.
