@CPTrains_YT @ramthelinefeed @willcall1985 @Se_Railway I feel for the platform staff, I was one of them previously, typical of the top down culture that exists today!
English

@ramthelinefeed @willcall1985 @LeeDeeble @Se_Railway So someone in an office has decided that a train needs to skip stops to recover the time and the staff at Tonbridge station had no role in that decision. You think it is okay that they receive abuse for it?
English

@CPTrains_YT @ramthelinefeed @willcall1985 @Se_Railway No, what I am saying that has not come across, people "upstairs" make these decisions and then leave the platform staff to take the flak. It's wrong!
However, delaying customers to putting the train back on schedule is wrong!
English

@Tom89089616 @Se_Railway Just for info, the tree was not on our line, absolutely nothing to do with it. We were all asked to disembark so the train could get back on schedule, nothing more nothing less. However, 150 people or more were delayed AGAIN!!
English

@LeeDeeble @Se_Railway What are you expecting the train to jump over the tree
English

@SteveWhiteRail @Se_Railway Late leaving London Bridge (should have been 18.13, arrived 18.29) then when we hit to the Tonbridge, we are all asked (around 150) to disembark so the train could get back on schedule. An additional 10 mins delay, all so you don't have to pay outstanding more compensation later
English

@LeeDeeble @Se_Railway This evening we simultaneously had a fire at London Bridge and a tree on the line at Selling. Our priority during disruption is to minimise overall delays to customers trying to get home. If you let us know which train you were on we can confirm the reason. Delay repay applies.
English

@Se_Railway Your silence is deafening!! Is it normal practice to delay your customers even longer just so your timetable can get back on track and you don't have to pay compensation? Morally wrong!!
English

@LeeDeeble Hi Lee, really sorry for the disruption this evening caused by a tree blocking the railway near Faversham. If you've been delayed by 15 minutes or more, please claim delay repay: spkl.io/6012AA6eQ

@Se_Railway You are wrong, this is apparently about a fire earlier this week morning at London Bridge. Please can you state the correct facts, compensation will be forthcoming for what can only be discribed as an abysmal service this evening!

Hey @Morrisons I will never buy ONE thing from you ever again unless this guy, trying to stop shoplifting, is reinstated.

Good Morning Britain@GMB
A Morrisons store manager says his life has been completely 'devastated' after he was sacked for confronting a repeated shoplifter. Sean Egan - who had worked in the Aldridge Morrisons in the West Midlands for 29 years - was escorting the shoplifter out of the store when the thief turned aggressive.
