Police say the child was reported missing in April and later found to have been taken to a rental unit, where she was sexually assaulted multiple times. Jhanger Ali Sameer was arrested at his Calgary home, where further evidence was seized. He faces charges including sexual assault, sexual interference, child luring, and possession of child pornography. He remains in custody and is set to appear in Lethbridge court Thursday. Police released his photo, saying he may go by “Sam,” and believe there could be more victims.
