@hexumlite Dentist here. Palate expanders are only for people with abnormally small upper maxilla to widen and match the lower jaw, His bite is gonna be horrible. TMJ and bite alignment issues. Headaches, atrophy and more. This is really dumb.

BIP-110 is a solution in search of a problem. It has almost zero miner support, risks a messy chain split, sets a terrible precedent for invalidating valid transactions, and won’t stop determined spammers anyway. Bitcoin works because of broad consensus and incentives, not by ramming through controversial rule changes via UASF when the hashrate says no.

It's amazing how many Bitcoiners have moved to a country to become a paid government mouthpiece. Very strange behaviour.

Adam Back just destroyed BIP 110 with one question: "Could you stop spam by modifying TCP/IP?" No. Because TCP/IP is ungovernable. So is Bitcoin. The test is perfect. BIP 110 is dead. Fork off or get with the program.

What will happen is this: It won't go through. They'll do a chain split. $BTCK will appear in everyones account. It'll be dumped like crazy. Then Bipcoiners/bad actors will publish as much CSAM and bs on bitcoin:native to attempt to ruin it and scare the public in order to pump $BTCK.

@AstrayaNthemoon @BitcoinJed1 The ones putting illegal content on a block with be sore loser Bipcoiners. They can only win by attempted sabotage. They are pretty much admitting it here.

IF someone puts child sex abuse material… say the full label so that you understand the gravity… on the Bitcoin blockchain, interpol will be IMMEDIATELY involved Furthermore, if bip110 activates and that material slips through on non-prunable storage then those that advocated for bip110 DESPITE MULTIPLE PUBLIC (some immutable and timestamped JSON events) warnings from technical individuals, then those that pushed through BIP110 should be considered complicit

I'm pretty sure BIP110 activiation is going to be a max pain scenario for all: It intially fails to get majority miner support and appears to be dead on arrival but still moves forward with getting a few blocks mined. It looks like it failed. Most people sell their BIP-110 coins when they eventually get listed on small exchanges. Months later someone actually puts illegal content in a block on the legacy chain or there is some other major issue b/c of SPAM on the chain. Hashpower switches immediately to BIP-110 and everyone then realizes holding legacy Bitcoin is doomed and it goes effectively to zero as we get closer to BIP-110 wiping out the legacy chain.

I can really tell a lot about a person after I insinuate they may be okay with horrific crimes and then beg them to change the Bitcoin client they use

What a god damn little pussy. Bro got wrecked by facts and logic (look at our thread) and needed to stay in his Bipcoiner echo chamber. Sad. A danger to the network. Fake catholic.

"You don't know what you're talking about" isn't an argument. BIP-110 currently has near-zero miner signalling. The default (status quo) rules continue without it. Not activating a proposed soft fork isn't a hard fork, that's basic protocol mechanics. If you have actual data showing sufficient miner support or why rejecting an under-supported UASF suddenly becomes a hard fork, share it. Otherwise it's just noise.

I will renounce my US citizenship if Elon Musk can properly explain in conversation why I am more harmful to America than him. One hour, one on one, poll decides winner. If I win he goes back to South Africa.
