@BookerGWash I continue to think an approval that low should trigger automatic impeachment & removal.

@policywishes Ok so why are you bringing them up in this case when the entire argument the DOJ is making is based on subjectivity of granting interviews? They literally said in the post, they had the same academic background. Doesn’t matter, this lawsuit is ridiculous & will fail.

If you need a school to use 'subjective' metrics just to give your group a statistical edge, you aren't winning on merit, you're winning on a handout. Thanks for admitting that a purely objective, score-driven system doesn't favor diversity. That's exactly why I support it.

Yes! White people are going to be in for the shock of their life. But, wait, there’s more. If it’s merit based, it’s merit based. The second something subjective comes into play, then more minorities will get an advantage over whites because the schools want diversity 😂. The schools want diversity 😂

@ARMYandBTS2026 @queenie4rmnola Too many Americans don’t know their own history. The concept of a minimum wage & what it should provide started with Teddy Roosevelt, go listen to some of those speeches. Then go over to the DOL website where they have a write up on the history & intent. In short you’re wrong.

If minimum wage is good enough for everyday Americans why isn’t it good enough for those in Congress? Why can’t they freeze their assets while serving and live off the basic income? And if the response is “that’s not a living wage” then Congress has a responsibility to raise it.

@CarriaoLuiz Lazy argument. There’s no consideration of brand or platform damage. Xbox does not need to put Halo on PS5 for it to be successful. They need to release a game people enjoy & it’ll drive sales & grow their own ecosystem.

@oliver_drk leverage all the benefits of having two major publishers on their roster. They also likely need to make some adjustments to how GP works. Something like 6 months to release on ultimate & 1 year for premium makes sense to me. Your argument is just lazy.

@oliver_drk New single player IP from Zenimax or ABK permanently made exclusive to Xbox consoles & PC with a windowed Steam release. Not a single Xbox Game Studio game (e.g., Halo, Avowed, etc) should touch another platform. Xbox would have exclusives for their platform & still be able to

When you acquire two large multiplatform publishers don't act suprised when you turn into a multiplatform publisher. People like Hazzador still don't get it. There's less pressure for PlayStation and Nintendo to port their games to Xbox because their install base is much larger.

@Puertorock77_ a functionally different statement than saying our “margins are too low & need to aggressively improve”. If your margin improves then your profitability improves. The rest about durable growth is simply saying they want reliable & predictive growth.

@Puertorock77_ essentially the same. Nothing in the screenshot you posted about Xbox says or even implies Xbox is not profitable. The screenshot shows Xbox is not currently meeting the mark MS has set internally. The two screenshots are saying the same thing 🤦🏾‍♂️. Pursuing profitability is not

@JeffAnderson_ You get bonus points for being black. That is what people want to stop, the racist finger on the scale that gives black candidates a leg up over everyone else with the SAME good scores (or better scores).

The crazy part about this Yale thing is that it just shows folks are going to complain about black people whether they meet the metric or not. It’s sad but not surprising. Through this whole thing we figured out that Yale admits about 10 black students per year. We also learned the median GPA and MCAT of black students admitted to Yale was a 3.88 and 518 MCAT. (These are insanely good scores for anyone. ) For those of you that don’t know Median means half have higher half have lower. Therefore 5 of out of the 10 or 50% had a HIGHER GPA and MCAT than 3.88 and 518. Hopefully the merit crew can all agree without question on their admission. Now, about the 5 that had lower. Many would argue as they have in my comments for the last 3 days “these are the people taking Someone else’s spot” But is that true compared to the data from the rest of the class? This table here shows the latest available data showing MCAT and GPA of all accepted students at Yale. It shows that of those accepted 60 had greater than a 518 MCAT and 56 had less than 518. So 52% had above and 48% had below a 518. Remember the split was 50/50 for black students. This is not a statistically significant difference in entrance standards. Nearly half of Yale’s entering class that year had an MCAT of less than 518. Only 5 out of the 56 who did were black. The other 51 were white students, Asian students etc. There were 10 students who applied with > 518 who didn’t receive admission. Why is the merit of the 51 from those groups who did get admissions not being called into question. Why is nobody saying that they stole someone else’s seat. Why is it that the merit calculator only comes out when the student is black student whether they reached that 95 percentile mark or not. Why are they only ones being scrutinized? Thats what I have an issue with. Either we scrutinize every student that got in below that mark, all 56 of them, or we admit the scrutiny was never really about merit. You have to Pick one. The reality is the admissions process is about so much more than just MCAT and GPA. If someone writes in your letter of recommendation that you’re the rudest most pompous person they’ve ever come in contact with you’re not going to get in. If you cannot hold a conversation in an interview and you are extremely awkward, you are not going to get in. physicians have to be smart yes but they also should be personable, compassionate, professional , empathetic and if you can’t show that through your letters, your activities, your personal statement, your interview because all you can do well is answer multiple-choice questions you are not going to get in and this goes for everyone black white whatever. A 528 means nothing if you can’t look a scared patient in the eye and make them feel safe. Admissions committees know that. Patients know that. The only people who don’t seem to know it are the ones counting other people’s scores instead of building their own résumés.

@Puertorock77_ I guess PlayStation wasn’t profitable. Of course that wasn’t the case but they were clearly not hitting the mark Sony wanted them to and they made changes.

@LeftyTalk Xbox is not profitable. That is one of the main priorities for Asha Sharma The comparison is not dumb. It simple. No one said Sega won just because they no make more money putting games on PC, Nintendo, PS and Xbox.

@Puertorock77_ Instead of changing strategies quarter to quarter and making short term decisions that don’t work in the long term. Like destroying the platform putting all their games on PS. In the short term it worked, long term it’s been a complete disaster.

@Puertorock77_ Every time I interact with you, your comprehension skills leave a lot to be desired. Margins not meeting internal targets does not mean the business is not profitable. Hiroki said the same thing about PS when he took over Sony. Asha job is to produce long term sustainable growth.

@Puertorock77_ Xbox problem is marketing, messaging and bringing people in. Those are things they can fix with the right leadership, focus on their own ecosystem & putting resources into long term strategies for customer acquisition.

@Puertorock77_ Comparing Xbox to Sega continues to be the dumbest comparison in gaming. Sega flat out ran out of money. They barely had the money to transition to a publisher. Xbox is profitable & not running out of money & they are the largest publisher in gaming.
