According to Bitcoin, Ordinals and “Rare Sats” are 100% fictional and imaginary.
There is no such thing as an individual, trackable satoshi as a distinct entity in Bitcoin’s core protocol. Bitcoin operates entirely on UTXOs (Unspent Transaction Outputs), where each UTXO is an indivisible “chunk” that simply carries an integer number of satoshis as its value.

After a decade of blockspace fears and non-monetary-use panics, Bitcoin still has no spam problem. Fees are 1 sat/vB: anyone can move any amount globally with immediate processing for ~$0.30. The free market has always solved Bitcoin’s blockspace challenges. $BTC

They are not bitcoiners, they are fiat maxis, who can use Bitcoin for it's sole intended use case: MONEY.

Tonight I will host a space where @LeonidasNFT and I will debate and discuss BIP110 and arbitrary data on #Bitcoin.
I'll be arguing that Bitcoin is money and my opponent will presumably be taking the opposite position, that your node is a public good meant to store whatever arbitrary data use case some degen can dream up.

In the event of a Bitcoin hard fork causing a chain split, pre-split inscriptions and ordinal numbers would duplicate exactly on both chains since they share the same history and satoshi ordering up to the fork point.
A 1/1 Ordinal would no longer be a 1/1 as it would have an identical copy on the other chain, breaking absolute uniqueness.

If BIP110 activates and becomes Bitcoin (the chain tip with the most cumulative work) I will delete my X account.
If BIP110 instead results in a chain split and minority fork then @GrassFedBitcoin and @mattkratter each delete their X accounts.
