Not even kidding when I say this: It is essential to support Macklemore's music, and especially this track, as much as you can. The reason a lot of artists stay silent (or muted) is because they believe that taking a stand may ruin the careers they worked so hard to build. It's essential to show that strong (and correct) political views can BUILD an audience.

Macklemore continues to call out the US/Israel despite it already hurting his pockets AND he made time to encourage Seattle voters to combat Amazon, wealthy developers and our chamber of commerce and vote for Prop 1A to tax the rich and fund social housing. That’s not a gimmick.
