@Uber_Support @UberEats @dkhos should be embarrassed by the disconnect between email promotions that are not clear and the ability to get this information back to marketing to fix it. I tried to help, but support is incompetent to pass on to the incompetent email marketing people

@UberEats sends a promo "Take $20 off your order of $25 or more" but turns out it doesn't work for pickup. They should say that!!! #UberEats

@chasesupport #chasesapphire Chase Sapphire credit card says they give rewards for travel and dining. But they don't always do that! I rented a house for summer vacation. They said the merchant is listed as a realty so it is not travel! Be careful- they misrepresent this card!

@FedEx is slipping. Tried to get a package delivered and after multiple calls they could not do it. @UPS , Google and Amazon have done it.
