@jimthegiant @Atrack89 @garyseconomics This is not necessarily the way. We can improve food at supermarkets, produce at scale (the only way to feed cities, really) and make it sustainable. But subsidising local business all the way down would eat up a lot of resources. Maximising profit over quality needs to stop.
