Last night was the @Tunnel2Towers Footsteps to the Future gala. I was recognized for the support myself and Barstool has lent to this great cause. @hubermanlab I know the reports of Creatine causing muscle strains or tears are anecdotal and not supported by research but soon after starting it I had back to back hamstring pulls.
Since stopping I’ve been fine.

Most people anow onboard the get enough (~1g/lb BW) quality protein train, lately it’s “creatine 5-10g daily”, EPA (1g or so per day), hydrate, D3, Magnesium Threonate or BisGly. pre sleep… my prediction about what’s next: saffron for anxiety & mood. The data are pretty good.

I’m in the process of comparing antibody levels in my vaxxed vs unvaxxed patients and will report soon. Here are results from a 70 year old who received 2 shots 4 years ago, no recent infection, with off the chart spike protein antibodies (>25,000.)
